My husband and I had lunch at this Qdoba location for the first time. We love Qdoba and this location was no exception! The staff was kind and welcoming, and the food was fresh and delicious (their burritos are always a favorite of mine). The restaurant was mostly clean, though we did notice a few dead flies on the window sill near our table. Not a big deal, but something I noticed. The biggest downside is the parking. You either have to pay to use the parking lot, or try to find street parking, which is nearly impossible around noon on a weekday. Other than that, everything else was great, and we left with full and happy stomachs!

This Qdoba is the best one I have been to. Super friendly staff and great quality of food. I went today 2/15 @3pm(ish) and the two girls working the line were a delight and I sure hope their manager sees this review. This Qdoba is further from my house so I’ve never been before, but I will be making the trade.

Came in late at night (01/15/26) and the girls working were super nice, quick to greet us and get our food made then right back to cleaning. When we left even told us have a good night. You don’t see younger employees like them often, so refreshing!

The WORST most unfriendly staff ever in Qdoba history!! Im greeted with “what do you want”…. Which I can get past…. But the portions were a total scam because of the workers poor attitude at 10:35 friday. It cost $17 for chicken and pulled beef on a salad, and the amount of chicken the female worker gave me felt like a scam. I immediately went to my car to take pictures because it is a CRIME to charge that much for the portion she completely skimped me on….. look at the pics…

There is a public pay parking lot right behind the building, and Qdoba offers 2 hours free, so don’t pay the lot beforehand. Food and service were both very good. The place has a pretty big dining room for a Qdoba, too.

I was a chipotle guy for so long. The one on bardstown road is sooo terrible, so I started going to the one on hurstborne. Same thing started happening… tiny portions, poor service, and forgetting items.
I finally gave this Doba a try, and I’m very glad I did. Perfect portions, extremely fast service, and delicious. The crew working tonight were awesome.

This was the best QDOBA. My family and I had AMAZING service as soon as we walked in. They went above and beyond! The food was fresh. They didnt have the taco shell, so the gal went back and made me one personally. They were not skimpy on the food. You got your money’s worth. I would drive out of my way to come back to this location. You just dont get service like this anymore. Give them a try. Thank you

I rarely eat “fast food” because most of it is just over priced poison, but I will occasionally treat myself to Qdoba since the ingredients and quality seems better than most of their competitors. I visited the Bardstown rd and Eastern pwky location, the only Qdoba I’ve ever stepped foot in. The person at the counter was nice. I had questions about the new protein option they had as well as what some of the sauces were and how spicy they would be. These kind of questions probably get annoying to the employees so I appreciated the answers and good attitude. I even asked for some extra chips, and was obliged. It wasn’t the staff or the location I had an issue with. It was the quality, or should I say lack of quality, of the food I received. I got my order to go and walked about 10 mins home. I had ordered nachos, but wanted my chips separate. I’m so glad I did that because the chips absolutely ruined the meal. I don’t know how old the grease they were cooked in was, but it tasted like the dinosaurs used the same batch of chip grease before becoming carbon deposits. My bill was $17 SEVENTEEN DOLLARS!!! for food that was mostly inedible. I don’t know what’s going on with the quality control at that location but I was so disappointed. I had like 2 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. I’m bummed too, because I spent a lot of money to have a little treat and instead I got tricked. Unless qboda tries to make this right, this will probably be the last time I ever go there. Spending almost 20 bucks for disgusting, dirty tasting, old tasting food that I couldn’t even eat is not my idea of a treat

If you’re able to go to another Qdoba, I would. This Qdoba treated me and my boyfriend terribly. Barely gave us any food. The workers may be said two words the whole time. when my boyfriend proceeded to ask if they do the first responder discount, they immediately said no, made us pay and then walked away from the register. I will not be visiting this location again and will be driving out of my way to go to another Qdoba in the future.

The 2 young ladies were really friendly, super polite and talkative. They were running low on chicken so they made some fresh for our burritos, thank you for that! We also ordered chips and queso for our daughters and the queso was soooo fresh. Working fast food can be frustrating at times for many reasons and we just really appreciated the kind sincere attitudes of the two young ladies working. I don’t know their names but we were here Saturday, April 22nd, so for the purpose of management please make sure to appreciate these 2 employees. Thanks again!
