3 stars because I am a regular , and for the last weeks I’ve came the food has been scattered across the buffet line , one day I came it was so bad that I left I’m always asking my partner where is their manager, instead of rushing so fast to put food into the bowl they should learn to stop in between to clean up the mess they did by accident , I’m sure it’s not intentional but they move so quick food falls out and just piles up which is unacceptable to customers , & I also hate for my food to cross contaminate , this looks unsanitary, & also I hate feeling rushed to choose my food a lot of the workers on the line rush you instead of being patient, & I ABSOLUTELY HATE WHEN A RESTAURANT IS STINGY WITH GIVING FOOD , they move too quick and not realize how little of portions they are giving , you all should gather your workers quick to fix this situation seriously ! I LOVE THE FOOD ITS VERY TASTEFUL ESPECIALLY THE QUESO! But I’d hate to sound gready when i have to keep asking for more like I’m a 5 year old getting just small bits of food . You never know if someone may be allergic to something and they have accidentally put the wrong thing in their bowl because of the food has fell into the other one . Please take your time and be more clean with your buffet set up .

Clean. Fast. Friendly. Super busy but they kept traffic flowing. Bathrooms were clean. Drink station clean. Only downside was the burrito wrapping. Usually you pick the better end as your base and eat the not so well end but both were pretty questionable. About 1/4 way through we ended up tossing the tortilla and just dumping it in the bowl they sat the burrito in….foresight maybe?

QDOBA Mexican Eats was a great experience. The customer service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Honestly, it’s much better than Chipotle in both quality and overall experience. Everything tasted healthier and better prepared, and the service was faster and more welcoming. If you’re deciding between the two, I would easily recommend QDOBA over Chipotle any day. Definitely coming back again.

Quite a wait in line, probably about 10 min. I ordered the Burrito Bowl with Steak and added Chicken. The ingredient options that are available seem fresh and considerably stocked. My bowl was delicious. I’d definitely order from here again.

1st time to eat at this Qdoba in Hattiesburg. We were there right before noon. Within minutes of our arrival the place was packed! My husband and I both had the bowls. Rice, black beans, chicken, pico, …yummy! 2 bowls, 2 drinks =$25.

Got food poisoning. I had a bowl with steak and shrimp. It was the only thing I ate two days ago. Hours later, I started feeling stomach pains, cramps, nausea and all. Ended up finding out it was good poisoning. Please Qdoba, check your ingredients multiple times a day and ensure things are properly cooked. I ate it Monday and feel no closer to getting better

The 2 stars which should be 4 is for the staff on the line, the food is super and I mean SUPER bland! The only thing that has flavor is the sauces that come from a jar transferred in to the squirt bottles. Also, I walked in, ordered my food as takeout and still got the begging tip question when using my CC. Should of went to gum chicken next door.

I’m giving 3 stars because the portion in bowl is so small. The prices are higher and most restaurants have decreased portion size. This is a deterrent for me. I could see the price increasing because of inflation but to give less food is greed.
I forgot to take photo. This will be my last time going. I never consume a lot of food but this wasn’t enough for me. Was like a child’s portion. Plus, I was hungry 2 hours later.

I ordered from here in Hattiesburg, it was made perfectly. I know it sounds weird but it was organized. Each layer was put together perfectly. The staff was great. It was so fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back!

I really enjoy Qdoba early when they first open. If you go in the evening you must request them to clean the grill or your food won’t be eatable. My quesadilla was so burnt that I wasn’t able to eat it. I did more digging and picking out burnt pieces than eating. I did not complain because they had a lot of customers however, this is what made me start asking for the grill to be scraped before letting them put my food in the grill moving forward just a FYI.
