The food was great excellent service I got a beef quesadilla chips or nachos and a drink but what was nice is while I was there in line getting my food the manager was checking food temperatures and everything else for health codes making sure that there was no problems with the food the shows that they care about their customers

I’m extremely disappointed with the service and portion size. I paid $16 for three tacos that were barely filled. The employee used the “tip” of the spoon to serve rice — not even a full spoonful — and took one scoop of meat and split it between all three tacos. At one point, she even removed meat from one taco to balance it onto another.
When I asked if that was the proper serving size, I was told it’s the same portion you would receive in a bowl. That makes no sense. If that’s true, then bowls are only getting a few teaspoons of rice and half a scoop of meat — which clearly isn’t the case based on what I saw being served to other customers.
For the price being charged, the portions should reflect the cost. Instead, it felt like the tacos were padded with lettuce and sour cream to make them appear fuller than they were. This experience did not feel like fair value or consistent service.

The food was great and my server Sam was even greater. HOWEVER, the manager I think whose name starts with a j? Half of her hair is blonde? She was TERRIBLE to Sam. Sam was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and told me to please give her a second so she could wipe down the counter. She went to wash her hands before she helped me and the manager said ‘your customer is waiting. It’s rude to make them wait’. She then told her she was slow and needed to hurry up and stop wasting time and rolled her eyes at her. Is it not okay to wash your hands after wiping dirty counters? This is not my first bad experience with this manager. Almost every interaction with her, myself and her interactions with her employees, has been horrible. As long as she works here.. I won’t be back. As for Sam.. give that girl a raise.

Today’s meal wasn’t so good. Normally I could get sauce on the side for the cholula hit and sweet chicken that was dryer than a Popeyes biscuit. The lady didn’t even dip the chicken in sauce so it would at least have some type of sauce on it. I asked for a side and they said they don’t give sides of the sweet cholula sauce. So as a customer exactly hiw are we suppose to get the real experience when the chicken is clearly dried out and bareley a piece of sauce on it. I had to settle for Japanese sauce on the side and let’s just say I wont be back to this specific location!!! DO BETTER

11/12/25 After leaving the hospital I requested QDOBA.
I received Trash customer service by Arianna R., manager/supervisor.
Went in to get a burrito. The young man making my food was accommodating. The burrito could not be rolled properly so he agreed to wrap it again with no problem. Arianna R.a staff lead or crew manager was working with another staff on the register and noticed what was happening.
She sneered at me with a hello.
I remained focused on the staff serving me as he was courteous. Arianna R. insisted that I tell her what queso I had with chip and when I replied please ask the staff serving me. She kept insisting I pay before he remade my food. I prefer to get my food made before I pay. The staff helping me and corrected her and confirmed I ordered a burrito and not chips and cheese as she assumed.
Arianna R. Walked over to my food and the young man who was rewrapping my burrito and told me she was not serving me and to leave the store and she was going to call the police on me. I told her I purposely did not interact with her bc I have seen her be unprofessional and disrespectful with others at this location in the past.
She then came from around The counter saying that she was going to escort me out. I felt threatened and walked away from her.
I left but I asked her for The corporate contact or the franchise owner contact and she refused.
I was left in tears by the entire ordeal.
I have been coming to QDOBA for over 10 years and across states and never been treated so poorly!!
I could hear her speaking to other customers about me and saying to them don’t worry I will give you your menu items for free. I have not been able to get more information on the owner to let them know what transpired at 11:30 am 11/12/25 At the Faulkingburg location, but I will never patronize this particular Qdoba Again!
This supervisor should not be working in customer service or with the public. I suggest you go to the Qdoba on 301 one in Riverview for professional customer service. Shame on her!!
