My experience at this place was disappointing. Despite encountering one helpful individual, the overall service fell short. As someone with three years of experience at Denver International Airport, I know that customers are allowed to request water. However, when I asked the staff to fill my water pitcher, they rudely refused. It’s surprising that the employees were friendlier than the manager.

Terrible service. I got there and they told me they only had pork and ground beef as an option. I saw them cutting up what appeared to be steak in the back. I asked if it would be available soon and they said no. I continued to order a different burrito even though we would have preferred steak. By the time my burrito was completed (about 2 mins later) they brought out fresh steak to serve. At that time, I asked if I could trade out my burrito or at least add steak and the manager started yelling about me having to take what I originally ordered. Overall, incredibly unprofessional and terrible service.

Food is good, very small servings… Employee Jessica is absolutely trash, she’s very rude to all customers, you can tell she’s just miserable… I eat a Qdoba quite frequently, and unfortunately have a bitter experience bc she’s working.
