I want to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received from Farrah at QDOBA. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with tremendous respect and genuine kindness. She carried herself with professionalism while also making me feel valued as a customer.
Farrah went above and beyond to make sure my order was right and that I had everything I needed. It wasn’t just about the food—it was the way she took the time to listen, smile, and show care that really stood out. In today’s world, that kind of service is rare, and it made my experience at QDOBA truly enjoyable.

We was served by an employee name Isha whom energy was very positive . The food was great. Veggies a little salty but overall the service was amazing . And I enjoyed my food. Love coming here before my flight 🙂

A solid breakfast burrito.
Wanted to try the Einstein Bros Bagels location next door, but the line was close to a 30 minute wait. Needed to get back to my flight area soon, so I ditched my plan and grabbed an Egg, Cheese, and Potato breakfast burrito.
Wasn’t expecting much, but the burrito was actually really good. The egg was perfectly cooked, the cheese held it all together, and the potato added lots of volume. Yeah, it was less than $10, but I was quite satisfied thanks to my unlucky choice of prior breakfast local.

The staff working on 2/25 at around 6pm are extremely slow…There was 2 ladies in front of me that took forever to order and they had no one else to continue taking orders to speed up the line so I can get back to work in time. For as much as you pay for food at this location, you would expect better service. I do not recommend this location at all.

Please please change that policy because I’m sure whatever you guys are paying here isn’t enough and cash tips are always appreciated by everyone in the service industry.

I asked for the names of Farrah & Isha. They were wearing their name tags but I couldn’t see that quickly. I just wanted to commend them for their experience customer service! I’m a Vegan and it was VERY refreshing to be offered suggestions and NOT treated as though I was a bother! I actually willing spent twice as much due their exemplary customer service!

This Mexican make-your-own meal at the Tampa Airport is good place to eat if you find not fast food. I ordered a bowl, it was pretty good compared to the other fast foods.

Food was terrible and cold.
Service was even worse. Six people standing around doing nothing and yet serving cold food. Most of the people there seem like they did not want to be bothered, there was only one gentleman ” with dreads” was the only one who seemed to care.
For the prices they are charging, go somewhere else. Wendy’s is better that this.

This Mexican make-your-own meal at the main Tampa Airport Terminal is quick not fast food. I like the bowl and pulled pork for starters with shredded cheese, guacamole pico de gallo works for me. Service is quick and efficient. I chose not to sit at the accessible table or local high tops but strolled over to the more central area with soft chairs and chargers, near the iconic Flamingo sculpture.

They forgot to put queso on the queso nachos, which should be part of the main ingredient. Then, after they put all the ingredients in, they slapped the queso cheese that I reminded them of on top of the lettuce smashed it down in the bowl. The guy said that’s how we do it. I told him no it’s not but instead of remaking it, he decided to give me my trash nachos
