Great service. Ordered the three cheese quesadilla, tacos with shredded meat, pork and chicken and my absolute favorite the crusted bowl with chicken and all inn with veggies. Service incredible by Jada and team. The place super clean and you even spots to where to sit outside! Super qdoba experience

I had been driving by this location for some time and mentioned to my wife that we should try it. Today I stopped in around 5:00 PM, expecting a typical fast-casual experience from Qdoba Mexican Eats. Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing.
First, the lime shrimp I ordered looked nothing like what is shown on the menu. Instead of a flavorful lime-seasoned option, it appeared to be plain cooked shrimp with little flavor and very little resemblance to the advertised item.
The bigger issue was the lack of basic ingredients. The vegetable mix was essentially empty, and when I asked about it, I was told they had no more available. This was at 5 PM, during what should be peak dinner hours, at a restaurant that remains open until 11 PM. Running out of key ingredients that early suggests a serious problem with preparation or inventory management.
When I expressed concern, the response from the cashier was simply that they still had lettuce and tomatoes available. That response felt dismissive rather than helpful.
After paying over $14 for the meal, I left feeling extremely disappointed. At that price point, customers expect the food to match the menu description and the ingredient line to be properly stocked.
This location may have potential, but based on this experience, the issues with food preparation, ingredient availability, and customer service need attention. I hope management takes a closer look at operations at this Pembroke Pines location.

Yesterday I went to qdoba Pembroke Pines west. The cilantro was rotten, there wasn’t enough ingredients for bowl or burrito. I decided to do this review because this is the third time that it happened. I asked why there are not enough ingredients and they said they are busy and don’t have time to get the ingredients ready. This time people wasn’t nice. The only ingredients for my bowl were rice, chicken and cheese.

Josh has great customer service and his hard work is evident. He has great demeanor, great banter, and is attentive to all customers at multiple points in their journey (pick up, waiting to be tended to, etc). He wasn’t even my food preparer—he was the lady in front of me’s preparer—and I was impressed by his attentiveness to everyone and his great attitude. This was my second time at this location. The first time there was a girl was less than friendly (months ago). So it was nice to see Josh working the room and making sure there’s a good experience through it all.

This place will be forever be Superior than Chipotle. I will always come back. The girl that made my burrito said she couldn’t roll a burrito. Well I’m here to tell you she CAN and did a fantastic job, I want her to roll my burritos forever. I should have taken a picture of my burrito but I already ate it so it’s gone, also the staff is super nice. I come here almost every week and I will be back next week if I don’t die.

They need to start cutting up there lettuce and not just leave the butt or ends of it because it’s not right to have that in a salad bowl. They can also spring mix instead so they don’t have to worry about the ends of lettuce.

I stopped by QDOBA recently and had one of the best experiences I’ve had at any restaurant in a while. Jada went above and beyond — she greeted me with a smile, made sure my order was perfect, and had such a positive and friendly attitude the entire time. You can really tell she cares about making customers feel welcomed and appreciated.
The food was great as always, but Jada’s energy and professionalism made the visit even better. She’s a true example of amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her!

Hello, this was my first time ever at this restaurant my wife and I thought we’d give it a try. We both ordered chicken and rice bowls with some toppings. The wait was honestly a little ridiculous when we got here. There were 3 people in front of us and the line was not moving. Seemed like they only had one employee working the line. The food was honestly kind of bland. It was similar to pollo tropical as if they had made a line style restaurant. The chicken lacked flavor and the cilantro rice didn’t have much cilantro. The guac tasted like mush and the overall portions were pretty small. We sat down on a Tuesday night at about 7:30 ish if that matters. In all honestly I’d rather have chipotle than qdoba. If you’ve ever had catered food you would know that bland feeling and taste I’m referencing. As a top 5 percent in Mexican restaurant reviews member that’s just my opinion.
On a side note, the cookie was phenomenal.

QDOBA gave us two free entrées after seeing this review. I have to say their customer service has been phenomenal. My wife and I decided to give this restaurant another chance and went to the same location today. The food was good. It was flavorful. Staff was friendly and there was no wait time. No complaints this time around. good job QDOBA customer service staff.
