This occured on Ft Benning this afternoon.All of the ingrediants in the rice bowl was good except for the chicken. It was very chewy and fatty. Practically every bite of chicken was fat biproducts. Not real chicken in my opinion. Please do something about the chicken. It was awful.

Absolutely appalled by the service that was just provided by Susi. Whoever in their right mind thought it would be a good idea to hire her to work with customers was definitely desperate. She was extremely rude to both my husband and I as we paid for our food. She was put out by having to put our food into a bag and gave a smart remark about it. Then she proceeded to continue to be rude when my husband just eyed the bag of chips for the nachos we ordered. It was well under filled and pre-packaged any other time we have purchased the nachos the bag was filled up in front of us. The chips are stale and most are broken and she yelled at us and told us that is all we are getting ripped the chips from my husband and shoved them in the bag. She also failed to provide us with our receipt and as we were walking away she continued to make disrespectful comments towards us. For her alone I will tell others not to use that location and will never go there again. Qdoba is one of my favorite food places and will either use the PX or just go elsewhere in general I refuse to pay money to a place that thinks that is the quality of service that should be provided. She picked the place where she chose to work if she dislikes people so much or providing them service then she shouldn’t work somewhere where she is helping customers face to face all day.

Service sucks workers ignore you when you pick up, they look like they don’t want to be there.. I waited 10 minutes for a pickup after they kept ignoring me, i had to make the line like if i was ordering for them to tell me they weren’t accepting pick up.
They need to rehire everybody, the manager looks miserable. Horrible. I hate coming here. Was my first and forsure last. I ended up not even trying the food

They deserve zero stars for their bad attitudes and horrible customer service. I ate there three times in the past two weeks and every time they were extremely rude to every customer. They lost my business; I’ll go to the panda express next to Qdoba from now on. I posted the first part before reading other reviews. It seems there’s a trend that the food is pretty good but some of the employees are consistently horrible. Instead of posting apologies here, how about taking action and firing your substandard employees? I can get the names of the three women who are always rude, but you probably already know who they are. If Susi (by named in a couple reviews for being bad) is an older lady that is short, with short gray hair and wears glasses, then add me to the list of former customers that dealt with her bad attitude.

By far the worst place to eat. The food was bad, but the costumer service was horrible. The three ladies working here today 9/24/24 were rude. Ruching us to order when there wasn’t even that much people waiting. I asked for queso because that’s what it says on the manu so she asked me “So you want cheese?” I’m like yeah I guess I’m not sure anymore. I was little bit confused to be honest. I heard them talking about how dam the people are not knowing what they want. When I got to the register with an older lady I wanted to let her know what was going on but looked like she was worst. I asked just for the bowl she is like “what about the drink and chips?” I told her I don’t want a drink, I was trying to tell her my husband was the one getting the meal, but she didn’t let me finish turt away started talking to someone else. I was thinking maybe she’s having a bad day. Then we started to eat and nothing wa good I was sick to my stomach couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. I don’t plan to ever come back and I don’t recommend it. It has “Mexican” in the name but there’s was nothing Mexican about it but the chips. I’m Mexican I would know.

This place is a DISAPPOINTMENT.You would think people would look more motivated to work and at least act like you like your job. Poor customer service. The food is great they need to work on how the employees treat their customers .I really enjoy QDOBA . Specially if I’m driving 30min to eat here. The food is not as good as it use to be. Prices have gotten up and the quality has gone down . I will not be coming back here . Food made me sick .
