Do not use the app to place an order or doordash from here. If you have any problems with your order or need to cancel you can’t. Needed to cancel an order today and there was no where on the app to do so. It states at the bottom that with any issues call the store. So we called and rudely got told there was no way for them to fix any app or Doordash orders. No offer to resolve the issue other than to call back Monday to speak with general manager. Just sarcastically was told they couldn’t do anything and repeatedly hurried off the phone like I was being a nuisance when I was just doing what their app told me to do. Also no corporate or customer service number to call, only a form to fill out. So just a warning about using the app to order food.

If I could give a negative number I would. Went in waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and guess what no one came., therefore I left. Two girls were hiding behind a small wall in the back on their phones laughing. If this is how this generations work ethic is then they are screwed and so are we the customers.

Tried QDOBA for the first time and I’ll definitely be back! It’s similar to Chipotle or Moe’s, but in my opinion the flavors were much better. The only downside was the chips—some were a bit overcooked, even slightly burnt—but overall the food was fresh and delicious.

We were really impressed with this place! The staff was very accommodating of our son’s needs and provided excellent service. The restaurant was very clean and we absolutely love the new look that this franchise is taking on. We definitely plan on stopping here again.

If you are on your way to Boone, NC from Raleigh area this is a perfect place to stop by refresh and have some good food. Loaded tortilla soup is a must try and their cheesy nachos are good.

i’ve only been there twice, but both times I was greeted with we’re out of every meat except for pork. We don’t have any chips either! We don’t have this, not even a hello, how are you? Just we’re out of all this. I would save your time and go somewhere else, but that’s just my opinion! I understand running out of something, but they’re always out of everything! What am I supposed to order when you have no chips and no meat and it was numerous other things that you were out of that left nothing on the menu?

I’ve had tacos from other Qdobas as big as the burrito I got today. They were also out of several toppings. My girlfriend tried to surf and turf but the steak was under cooked. Our kids only got one taco each, which was fine since they did not eat them.
Maybe they were under staffed today, but I’m not going to risk another $50 coming back.
Also did not offer our recipe, I can see why.
