For the second time, my meal was missing chips and salsa and a side of queso. The delivery orders I get are usually fine, but it’s a little frustrating paying money and not receiving the full order. Please please read the full order and try to make sure you are completing it. Other than those two times, I usually have no problems.

Love this place so much!! Food comes out quickly and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. Husband likes meat but I’m vegetarian and there are plenty of options for us both. My kid enjoys the chips but there are other kid friendly options. Staff is warm, welcoming, and happy to help. 5/5

Horrible food, somehow even worse staff. Workers were wearing headphones and in their phones and said maybe 4 words to me.
Bathrooms had zero toilet paper, pee on the toilets, trash in the stalls, overflowing trashcan, and the workers were standing on their phones without a care in the world.

Located downtown, at the intersection of N. Tryon & E. 5th Street. I wanted something inexpensive but tasteful for lunch. So, I decided to go to “Qdoba Mexican Eats” restaurant. I ordered the 3 tacos for a total of $10.66 ( tax incl.). I ordered the ground beef on flour tortilla for all 3. It’s hot, fresh ingredients and amazing flavor. If you’re looking for some simplicity & quick to eat… try them. They have great options!

I ordered a burrito bowl, a tortilla bowl and queso for delivery but the food was horrible. There was NO Meat in the burrito bowl, no queso and some spicy soup wasted on the tortilla bowl. I will NEVER order from here again.

Edit: I stated it was there workers smoking on the deck smoking but it was actually 2 workers from the hotel next door as my husband saw them get up and go into the hotel, so I apologize for the incorrect information. I will contact the email that was given to me to discuss this.
Either way, nobody should be hanging out there smoking if they are not patrons of the restaurant and eating.
Original post: We were seeing a play a cross the street so we decided to try this for dinner after the play. The food was good. All the workers were really nice. We sat outside on their patio, but the one thing I did not like is their workers are outside on the patio sitting and smoking. That is a turn off for me when I am paying to eat at a restaurant. They should provide a break area for workers to hang out and smoke but not on the deck.
