Customer service was terrible. We were greeted with stone faces and melo tones. The food tasted fine. It’s just that customer service was awful. We watched them perk up and make jokes with one another, but stone face customers that came to order their food. We’re all having a hard time in this economy. It’s sucks to walk into an establishment and be greeted this way.

Let me start by saying I generally enjoy coming to this location, the staff are normally friendly and the food is great. THIS particular trip was awful. I come after I get off work all the time which is close to 9pm. I’m aware that they close at 10 so I don’t come after 9:30 to be considerate of them preparing to close. I walked in and greeted them and NOBODY returned the greeting. I’d say they didn’t hear me but I was the only customer in there and they looked up. These girls I have never seen so I assume they may be new or work other shifts. One was cleaning the prep area where the toppings are and Saran wrapping the toppings (it’s 8:55), never spoke. The one who served me had an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her the entire time. As she made my bowl she saw that she didn’t have enough of the rice I requested so SHE decided not to replenish it but just pile on more beans (didn’t ask if that what I wanted or not). By the end of the transaction my good mood that I entered with was gone. I paid and my bag was nonchalantly slung (as her attitude had increased because a family had come in after me) I was just over it. I’m going to return but if they’re working I’ll come back when someone else is.

Food was great, place was immaculately clean and service was even better. I picked Sprite for my drink and the fountain drink machine wasn’t calibrated right, it dispensed too much soda water and not enough syrup, but I didn’t mind. I told the staff before leaving and they offered me a bottled Sprite which I declined. I wasn’t looking for a refill or “replacement”, just wanted them to be aware of it. They didn’t have to do that, amazing customer service!

Food is great, employees are nice. But who do the owners think they are? Its summer, and theres no air conditioning in there. Its easily 85+ degrees in there. Poor employees work through that, and i refuse to eat somewhere uncomfortable like that. Hotter in the restaurant than outside. Employees should sue for unsafe working conditions

I come here at least once a week. Their new employees are rude. It seems to be a major inconvenience for them to turn around and grab your mobile order. If they don’t have an ingredient you ordered in stock, they’ll just leave it off all together instead of telling you. They won’t offer a replacement either. Not to mention it’s hot as hell in there. Maybe that’s why their employees are so irritated.

Not sure if they are punishing the workers and customers with the broken A/C going on for over a week now but otherwise the food is good at least. Though I can’t help but worry what level of food safety they have when their A/C is busted. Hoping that it gets fixed soon for everyone’s sake.

This location is horrible. First, the girl who’s always at the register always has a horrible attitude, almost like you’re bothering her. If you’re going to work fast food, show some hospitality. Secondly, I will never be coming back here, I found a bug crawling in my food. (I would post a pic but I only took a video of the bug moving, google doesn’t allow you to post videos on reviews). I am completely disgusted. Never again.
