The employees at this location are extremely rude. I was getting a drink and I heard one of the employees that I’m doing too much. All I was doing was getting a drink and thanking them for their service and this is how they treat a loyal customer? I am never coming back here and would never recommend eating here. The meat is dry anyway.

I used to enjoy getting qdoba when I went here. Recently, I came back to visit and purchased a bowl and asked for tap water. Unknowingly, I was charged 2.95 for my fountain drink. When I went back to ask about the charge I was told “New management, we gotta charge you just for the cup now”. Beware of the cup charge if you just want water, go get yourself water out of the water fountain.

Why on earth is the veg option only $0.50 cheaper? You’re telling me that steak/chicken is only less than 5% of the entire bowl price? What? A dollar seems more reasonable. At Chipotle it’s a dollar cheaper for a veg option buuuut you get guacamole or sofritas. AND the bowls are cheaper at Chipotle…so I’ll be going there again in the future, not QDOBA.
