Very fresh food and wonderful staff this weekend when my husband and I had lunch here! We weren’t familiar with the menu so we had lots of questions and Seth, Collan, Tanner, Kelly and Maxwell were patient and helpful and made It a great experience! Also, the restaurant was clean and well stocked. I had to ask for names because this experience was way better than most fast food these days!

The young men working tonight (around 8:45 pm) absolutely phenomenal! I had never had QDOBA before and the young man behind the counter enthusiastically explained how it worked and what all of my options were. Ten star customer service, for sure! I only wish I’d asked their names so I could recognize them personally.

Atmosphere- 5 stars- Very clean and nicely decorated. Charging ports on some tables for your phones. Plenty of seating and clean bathrooms which is impressive for a fast food establishment.
Service- 4 stars- counter service but friendly and efficient workers.
Food- Got a chicken bowl with white rice and a side of chips. Chicken was good quality and was a good portion. Would come here again.

My quesadilla was phenomenal! Hot and grilled in front of me! The ingredients were very fresh and the delightful owner waited on me herself! The dining room was immaculate and the music was festive for the holiday season!

Ordered through the app and went to the location at the time specified by the app for pickup. Upon entering I saw 4 workers as the que had about 4 people (hence why i ordered on the app) while waiting others came and were helped before I was at the pickup section even though they came in after me. I ended up waiting for AN HOUR to get simply a bowl. Do better. How are there 4 people working with a less than half decent line and I ended up waiting an hour for my PICK UP order?

Went in late and was treated amazingly. Collan, Seth, Gale, Maxwell, and Tanner were all amazing. When I walked in Gale greeted me with enthusiasm and a smile. Absolutely amazing night staff.

This Qdoba has been on the downhill the past year or so on consistency of service quality (there are 10/10 employees, and very poor employees, luck of the draw). But this past time I was told they no longer do “scoops” of guac and was given less than the equivalent of what used to be a scoop, and was told any more than that would cost more. And it was unceremoniously plopped in one quadrant of the burrito. 1/4 of your burrito having guac in it is the same as not having guac at all. As a VERY regular customer, I sadly am finally done with this location.
Going back to charging extra for guac if I want it on more than 3 bites just doesn’t cut it for me for the price of the food. I don’t get fajita veg or quesoabs then get skimped on guac? No thanks.

If the person taking your orders not worried about the TV that’s behind your back. Your food will be okay other than that. It’s just like a subway it just depends what time you go to this restaurant.

I really like their food but the portions have significantly reduced. They have a new guy working there who apparently was taught to give way smaller portions. Not worth the price anymore. **update***9/9/25. Went back and ordered the same thing, they responded to the feedback and corrected the problem. Portions are back to what they were. Very good food! Thanks for fixing this issue! I will be back!
