So, I recently ordered catering for a massive office event over the phone, and seriously, I cannot recommend this service enough. The person I spoke with? Pure gold. I’m talking saint level patience.
My order was a nightmare of food for multiple people with champagne taste on a beer budget. Of course they kept changing their minds on the appetizers, all while blaring the Kpop Demon Hunters soundtrack in the background. Holy sensory overload, Batman. Through all that chaos, the rep stayed completely calm, cheerful, and knew her stuff. She laid out all the options, gave me suggestions which were a huge hit, and double-checked every single detail. She took a typically stressful mess and made it totally easy. Seriously, I’d recommend them not just because the food was great, but because their staff didn’t hang up on me. That’s exceptional customer service right there. So, thanks so much to Cassandra, and I hope you enjoyed a well-deserved vacation following that debacle! Or at least I hope you have a nice soft pillow to scream into after phone calls like mine.

We go to Qdoba every Sunday and absolutely love it! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the people who work there make it even better. They are friendly, welcoming, and always make it a fun experience for our family. It’s become one of our favorite weekly traditions!

What a great place to eat at! I have never ate at this establishment and decided to try it out because I was really craving a burrito bowl and was in the area. I went in not knowing what to try and an employee named Steven was so kind walking me through everything. He seemed very knowledgeable and definitely passionate!

I go here almost everyday. The last 4-5 times I went I was given mean looks and they were actually kind of mean one of those times. I try to be nice and considerate, I even tell them to have a great day before I leave. Their food is great but I am really considering never coming back again after this treatment. I worked in the food industry for years so I get occasionally the frustration seeps out but this is disappointing. There is one guy with blonde hair who always is super great and he needs a raise.

Food was wonderful, I love the free queso and guac. Limited parking, but it has its own lot. Staff could be more friendly, but I suppose that’s just kids these days. The food alone is enough to keep me coming back for sure.

My mom loves Qdoba but doesn’t know how to order it in person, usually we do mobile order but we had cash. I called & ask to order over the phone & they were so nice enough to do so. Normally most places will tell us no. But the guy who took my call today was so sweet & understanding! This is why we love coming here! 10/10 food was amazing

I’m not a fan of them moving out of Barboursville, but they are doing better buisness here and Im sure the Marshall students love it. I was glad to see some familiar workers like the tall beard guy when I entered. A guy in dreads made me a really good quesadilla. I told him i needed it as hot as possible, and he delivered. It wasn’t spicy enough but it was still good. The friendliness was great, and the food was good and quick. My only negatives are the no Coca-Cola Freestyle machine and the cleanliness of the dining room tables and floor. Other than those two, im definitely returning and do recommend.
