My first experience was amazing! I happen to pass on the way home from work. I had no idea how any of it worked. The manager (Shawn/ Sean) was incredible! He takes me though everything and the options. Encouraged the app and told me about kids free Sunday. I had to come back and bring my husband after I got home and it was damaging I knew in the restaurant it would be even better!
There was also a very kind cashier who was helpful and was so kind and sweet to my 10 month old! He was tall and had dark hair! Wish I had caught his name! It’s so nice to go out and no worry about people being unkind about a baby eating and learning voice!

This was my very first time ever eating at a QDOBA resturant and i must say i was impressed. The menu has a expanded choice of options and it is very simple, easy, and quick to navigate. My husband and I dined-in and the food is so flavorful! I must admit, I was hooked at the first bite. Roanokes local competitor definitely have thier work cut out with this new and fresh mexican eatery in town and We will definitely return. Sincerely, two very happy satisfied customers

I’ve been hearing a lot of hype and was excited to try it. Everything was clean and employees super friendly. The food quality and taste were both very good everything was tasty! My issue and a major one is the quantity. I had to consistently keep asking for more of every topping. I wasn’t expecting more chicken as I know more chicken is an upsell. The toppings themselves like salsa, corn, cheese and even lettuce were small. And when I say small when I asked for more I mean teaspoon size. Example I asked for more corn and they literally gave me 4 to 5 pieces of corn in a teaspoon. I finally gave up and assumed they have been trained not to give much if any more when people ask. My bowl was only slightly over half full and maybe 2/3 of what you get at Chipotle if that. I may try one more time to make sure it was just a one off experience but I was very disappointed.

Completely awesome food with generous portions that are commensurate with the fair prices. Was definitely busy and was a little difficult to find parking to pick up our order but understandable considering how fantastic they are. Hopefully they’ll be able to relocate to a spot with more adequate parking and have even greater success as they continue!

Very fresh food, more flavorful and fresh then Competitors (you know the 2 I’m talking about who is also is Roanoke) and the staff is super friendly, the owner came out and gave us a coupon for BOGO entrèe and drink get one free, and he helped us get the app so we also got free queso! Definitely my new favorite Tex-Mex franchise.

Very discouraged by this place, I was eagerly awaiting it opening. Chipotle gives twice the food for the same price. Honestly taste like food comes frozen and nothing is fresh. Moe’s and chipotle is 100 times better. I’m a small woman and was still starving after eating lunch here, I went to get more food somewhere else. If you’re looking for snack portions for a meal price, this place is for you.
