Some of the best food I’ve ever tasted when I walked in the door. I was greeted by the most friendliest staff, and the smell of some authentic freshly cooked chicken when I got in the line I was greeted and let them know that I can sign up and get free chips and queso. That was a wonderful incentive for the guests. Of course I used it when I ate the queso OMG it was so good. I got it on my bowl of course as well it was free. Guess what the guac was free too, if you want some good food and some friendly faces and a reasonably priced Ticket come here probably the best Mexican food I’ve eaten in Hampton ⭐️ stop going to chipotle. I just ate here for the first time and im amazed! Theres so many options to choose from. Everything is build your own so its all customized. My favorite part is that they don’t charge extra for queso or guac on the entree. And if you sign up for rewards you get free chips and queso. This is seriously my new favorite mexican grill! I don’t know what this location did to their “steak” but this is NOT steak. It is so disgusting, it is layered with a super weird texture and tastes awful. This is not what normal steak I’ve had at Qdoba. This is some fake or extremely low quality meat and I can’t even eat it.

I went in to this Qdoba on Friday evening about 6:30 or 7:00pm. The staff were friendly and the store was clean. However, I had a few issues when I tried to order my food they were out of steak, regular queso, black beans, and guac. The chicken I got didn’t have a lot of flavor and they were out of rice but I waited the 4 minutes for fresh which was pretty good. I have worked food business before and it bothered me that there weren’t any napkins available and when I went to get some sweet tea I could tell from the taste that the containers nor the spouts had been cleaned. The tea had a bitter and almost a fermented taste. I switched to Dr. Pepper and it also tasted like the nozzles hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and there was an overpowering CO2 taste so there’s a chance the soda was running out. While I was eating I noticed the staff was cleaning feverishly as if they were about to close even though the store was supposed to be open for the next three hours. This is the second time this location was almost out of everything and I’m not sure I will be coming back to this location.
Update March 7th:
Considerable improvement. I went around 2:00pm this time. Napkins, utensils, cup tops all filled and the sweet tea tasted better this time. Everything was available and I had a burrito brimming with food it was bursting. Im very happy. Thank you!

I’ll start by saying I’m not a fan of “the other guy” with this style of cuisine. That being said, this place was really good!! Customer service was top-notch. I was able to sample the chicken before committing to it as an option. I had the bowl with chips on the side. The portions were plenty, guacamole AND sour cream were not an extra cost, and the chicken was SEASONED!! It was a little smoky in there, but I think that was from the quesadilla press… I am definitely adding this to my list of favorites to return!

I’ve been a regular here since this place opened . Better food and better portions than Moe’s or chipotle . But today I place a 60 dollar order for a bowl , a quesadilla , a kids meal and chips and queso … expensive but I enjoy the food . I get home and my bowl is half the size it normally is and literally almost NO meat in my 15 dollar bowl … this is just rediculous . My order was supposed to be ready at 5:10 I didn’t get my food till 5:37 and it’s a tiny bowl . So I tried to call to talk to the manger I was on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on . I don’t know who’s running this place but I will not be back . Take your money somewhere else

When I came in today, I was greeted with the friendliest staff. I’ve interacted with in a long time. It was such a breath of fresh air. The food was so exquisitely fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be back to this location. They have some good people working there I was just informed of new management. It was time for a change. Glad to see this location is back on the up and up.

Had a DoorDash pick up there at 11:27, doors were still locked and the two employees walking around the inside wouldn’t even acknowledge me at the door. I waited until after 11:30 when maybe they would finally open an hour after what the store hours say, but still no acknowledgment. Apparently they just do their own thing, had to cancel on the DoorDash.

Scheduled a 7:15 order pickup. It is now 8:02 pm and I am finally leaving with my food. At about 7:20, I was asked who I am picking up for. Upon giving the name, I was told the order would be started. I followed up four times to ask for an ETA. I just kept getting the response “they’re making it now” when I can clearly see they in fact are not, they are helping people in line instead of taking care of orders they already have people waiting on. Waiting over forty five minutes for an order that was scheduled over two hours in advance is unacceptable. Being blatantly lied to about the order being made is unacceptable. I wish I could say I was the only one with a problem, but over half of the customers there were being treated the same way. And there were over 20 of us in the store at any given time. My time was wasted.
