I visited Qdoba Mexican Eats during lunchtime and the experience was very disappointing. There was a long line, but only one employee was responsible for making bowls and burritos and ringing up customers. She was clearly rushing, and as a result, the portions were extremely small and inconsistent.
Everything felt hurried and unorganized. On top of that, they were out of basic items — no cooked veggies and no chips to go with my queso. That was very frustrating, especially during a peak lunch hour.
I asked the cashier for my receipt and she replied, ‘It’s yours.’ Very rude. Whatever happened to basic customer service? Sad!
The restaurant was clearly severely understaffed, which impacted both food quality and service. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience and not worth the price. I hope management addresses the staffing issues because this location is not meeting expectations.

I had never eaten at Qdoba before but the Subway in this food court has just gotten too expensive so I decided to try it. The lady who took my order and made my bowl was very kind and patient. I got a burrito bowl with chicken which I highly recommend. Really loved all the options, and they don’t charge extra for guacamole like Chipotle. Will definitely eat here again.

Let me tell you something. No shit there i was rolling down the street in my 64 with my stomach touching my back hungry like a hostage. Pulled up to QDOBA like let me check this jank out real quick. Stepped in and the shortie behind the counter greeted me with a beaming smile. Checked out the menu and I was like yeah I’m about to get my smash mode on. The female behind the counter was mad helpful in build my banger of a bowl. Desiree told me about the rewards program. The food slapped I bust it down in the dinning room. I might of took a micro nap or fell into a food comma. Yeah I’m definitely going to slide back in that joint

Overall kinda like a Chipotle, good flavor and a good option vs leaving base if you’re in a Chipotle mood.
Chips could be a bit more sturdy they are very thin and break apart with queso even.
Atmosphere is more due to the food court of the building its old and needs to be worked on (typical thing for military bases sadly)
