Went to pick up a 400$ catering order i had placed online and gotten a confirmation for 5pm.
When I arrived, the manager told me they forgot to check the email and they didn’t have our order. I attached a photo of the staff discussing how they didn’t make our order.
We ended up having to wait over 1hr to get our food, which ended up missing almost the entire length of the club meeting and they forgot the cookie in the order.
Food tasted good though

asked for steak and shrimp in my bowl in person. prior to that, i had asked for pinto beans and recieved black beans instead. the worker switched it out, no problem. i asked for a diet coke and get given a normal coke, i take it and shrug it off, no problem. upon walking back to my residence, i discover that there is no steak in my bowl. that’s three separate occasions. i wasn’t paying attention when the meat went in and i guess that’s my fault. i understand that people have bad days but three times in one sitting is a bit frustrating.

This Qdoba is one of the nicest I’ve ever been to. People are going to judge it because of its location near VCU but it has really fresh ingredients, really kind and generous staff, and it was clean! The woman working the line gave me two sauces on the side and it was so nice of her. I will definitely come back!

I want to give the manager Mr Jose a shout out for being a great manager who listens and who is very helpful. I accidentally ordered some food on my mobile app on Halloween day and called to speak to a manager to see how to go about getting my order canceled. Mr Jose answer the phone and had a better idea he told me to go inside the store speak to the manager and let them know that I’ve talked to him personally and see if they will help me get my order at the correct location in Chester. If it wasn’t for Mr Jose’s quick thinking and his wonderful customer service skills I don’t think I would have been able to have qdoba’s that night because I really did not want to ride all the way back to Richmond. Keep doing the great job that you do Mr Jose I want to tell you again I am so very thankful for your kindness.

I had an okay experience when I went inside. They messed up my order despite me being right in front of them, and the charging outlets werent working. Then I’ve gotten delivery from here, and that was the worst. The soda tasted like water and not the good kind. I also ordered the new cheese crusted quesadilla and they sent it plain, there was hardly any of the Habenero Lime steak in it.
The nail in the coffin was reporting to the Qdoba customer service, the website form was buggy and I ordered directly from their app too. I’ve had Qdoba 4 times in my life and this was my last.
