I just had by far the greatest steak taco bowl of my life from this Qdoba location. The service was excellent. The steak was delicious, tender and flavorful. All of the toppings were fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavor. And the taco shell could not have been more perfectly light and crispy.

This was hands down the worst qdoba experience ive ever had. Meat was all dried out and nasty looking and the way they measured the meat out you hardly got any on a single portion without going double meat. They were extremely unfriendly almost like I was pissing them off for even being there. They then proceeded to make online orders while mine sat there longer and even those behind me in line first. I couldn’t even eat my bowl once I got home it was so nasty. Definitely will never return to this location and had it been my first qdoba experience it wouldve put me off their restaurant for life.

I placed an online order from this location and unfortunately it wasn’t quite right. I ordered a brownie but received a cookie instead, and my bowl was supposed to have brisket but came with chicken. No one contacted me to let me know they were out of the original items, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the food still tasted good overall.

If that’s the case, I’m unsure why the cookie option is still available to order from this location’s menu. This discrepancy is frustrating and misleading, and I believe it warrants attention to prevent future customer inconvenience.
