Hours on Qdoba’s website reflected Open until 10 pm on Mondays. Arrived at 930 pm and Closed. No sign with hours on the door or even a handwritten note posted to explain why closed in contradiction to the hours posted online. Need to update website hours for customer reliability and basic customer consideration. Impossible to find another place open now that’s not fried food to feed everyone since most places in this area close before 9 pm. Online ordering was still open for the store before we arrived and we had almost placed a pickup order. Glad we didn’t!

This place is playing games with the hours. I’m very disappointed and the workers don’t seem to care at all, so this is coming down on the business. I don’t really care. All sources point to this place being open until 10pm: Google maps, results on Google, the company website and in the Qdoba app. I ordered at 9:20pm. They sure took my money, and I did not get any food when I arrived at 9:35pm. They picked up the phone however and claimed that they never received my order! They did something similar before where I made sure that my order was IN BEFORE 9:30pm!!! That time, I got in and was able to get my food, but only after them yelling “WE’RE CLOSED!!” -at 9:45pm- as I walked towards the mobile order pickup area. I’m fully DONE with this location!! Things are getting worse! Fix it!

I had a very nice experience here. The two young ladies working, Anaya & Desiree, were extremely helpful in the preparation of my meal. Today, I chose the 3 Street Style Chicken Tacos and they taste pretty good . The flavor of the chicken is comparable to Chipotle; however, the quality of customer service I received was highly commendable. Thank you, lovely ladies, for adding a great moment to my day

I usually don’t post bad reviews, but this I just couldn’t get past. I always get food from this location which I never have complaints and today my food was less than appetizing. Everything was dried out, I ordered a bowl with steak that was so over cooked you couldn’t even tell that it was steak, pork and chicken which was also dried out. The chips were the only thing that I enjoyed. I hope this was just a hiccup and doesn’t continue to happen because if so you will continue to lose customers.

I love Qdoba but today is my last day coming to this location. I am a manager at a neighboring store and thought this would be my go to spot but after the 2nd bad experience here I won’t give the opportunity for a third. Find people that take the time to know your business to help run your restaurant. The women in there today lacked knowledge and were unprofessional. The one who placed my food in the container was very unkempt with her stomach hanging out around the food. Highly disappointing!

Never ever do a door dash from this location. My order for an impossible fajita bowl came without the impossible meat and salsa. To add to this the customer service via phone was nasty.
