I ordered a protein bowl. Where is the guacamole and double portion of chicken??? Why is there rice in my bowl??? Where is the Romaine Lettuce This bowl was short in every category and not worth the 9/10 dollars at all. I could’ve went to traders Joe’s, got a bagged salad and grilled chicken for just as much money. Qdoba has been slipping over the years but this it beyond me. Looks like they scooped the guacamole with a baby spoon. highly dissappointed. This is why people are switching over to chipotle…from a loyal customer. Come on mannnnn!!

My catering go to for the office lunch or birthdays your catering specialist Dominique is amazing! We’ve had problems with chipotle catering on the same block arriving late, missing multiple items and the delivery person being just out right rude in the past. But she is always professional , on time, polite and happy to setup up or answer any questions or concerns. Not only does she give excellent service she also highly promotes to other inquiring businesses and gives suggestions on different items to give a try like the sweet and hot chicken which was a hit. My office orders from qdoba at least twice a week and you guys have yet to be late, missing items or be unpleasant, not only is the food always fresh, hot, and delicious but the setup is always beautifully displayed. Great service and great food HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Ok crazy thing is I work right on the same block so I smell the food cooking before it opens and the smell is awesome but I went there for lunch today at 11:20am. I ordered the Brisket Birria nachos with chips on the side at first I was good until I taste the meat. The meat is not good at all I have had birria brisket and many restaurants and food trucks so this is not my first rodeo. When I think of birria I want to taste a juicy meat that taste like it was slow cooked for 10 hours like you advertise. The meat taste weird I even gave it a second chance because I thought it was me but nope it’s nasty. I waited patiently for this place to open to try this a big disappointment now I have to go find something else to eat a waste of $12.58. Side note the staff were nice even though the fire alarm was going off and they were still trying to work and get customers out so big ups to the staff but the food nope

I’m writing this with great disappointment that you failed to provide the quality food and services for the third time even after several assurances from your team that everything will be of high standards. It was discussed in detail with an employee over the phone on the two previous mishaps with my catering order, and now again, with have another disaster. I am starting to believe that my business is not a valued customer with Qdoba.
I have placed online catering orders with Qdoba in June, September, and now December. On each of the orders, I request a delivery time 11:30; however, on each order, the delivery arrived earlier than expected, even an hour before expected. Due to this, we’ve had to adjust the room location to accommodate your mistake. On each of the orders, I placed special vegetarian orders, and each time the order was missing, which caused a delay in serving my team. I also would like to point out how the Catering Manager did not want to speak with me even though I placed my order with Catering. I feel like I was pushed off to the store. When I spoke with the store general Manager Albert Thomas, he offered an apology but also threw the Catering under the bus by saying, “The Qdoba Catering order take did not specify the vegetarian orders.” I decided not to press the issue in the first two incidents, but my team just notified me that the entire tray of cookies was burnt and not edible. I can no longer ignore this and continue ordering from Qdoba Catering.
I would like to know how Qdoba will make this right. I have rescinded my request to add Qdoba Catering as an approved Vendor to my company as my three experiences have been disappointing. #QdobaCaters #QdobaCateringDontCare

Got a bowl from Ubereats. Paid for double protein but got none, many missing items and the chips are basically inedible because they were not fried properly, they were chewy and hard. The brown rice was also hard and not cooked

Picking up a delivery order. Employee acknowledged me and the customers order and then proceeds to just start stocking all the sides. A bunch of people walk in and they make all their orders then go back to sides. Finally after a couple other employees ask me what I’m doing they eventually make it. I’m really starting to understand why most drivers are pushy jerks.

Absolutely delicious and heart healthy food! I had a bowl of pinto beans, rice, adobo chicken, quac, pico de gallo and fajita veggies. Plus a cold Jarritos lime soda. I was in Heaven, it was that good. All served up by a smiling, helpful staff. Very pleasant experience.
