Ok crazy thing is I work right on the same block so I smell the food cooking before it opens and the smell is awesome but I went there for lunch today at 11:20am. I ordered the Brisket Birria nachos with chips on the side at first I was good until I taste the meat. The meat is not good at all I have had birria brisket and many restaurants and food trucks so this is not my first rodeo. When I think of birria I want to taste a juicy meat that taste like it was slow cooked for 10 hours like you advertise. The meat taste weird I even gave it a second chance because I thought it was me but nope it’s nasty. I waited patiently for this place to open to try this a big disappointment now I have to go find something else to eat a waste of $12.58. Side note the staff were nice even though the fire alarm was going off and they were still trying to work and get customers out so big ups to the staff but the food nope

Lunch time go to because of the fast and courtesy services. I like that the food is consistent. I don’t b always eat meat, but I can get a satisfying options like the burrito bowl with brown rice, beans, fajita veggies, and some other options

The burrito was fine. Staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. Main issue: the place was a mess. All the booths were dirty. The bathroom wasn’t great either (although not a horror show). I wouldn’t go again unless, like this time, I was starving and it was super convenient.

I’m writing this with great disappointment that you failed to provide the quality food and services for the third time even after several assurances from your team that everything will be of high standards. It was discussed in detail with an employee over the phone on the two previous mishaps with my catering order, and now again, with have another disaster. I am starting to believe that my business is not a valued customer with Qdoba.
