QDOBA Mexican Eats has very professional staff members that prepare food with care. The staff are fast at fulfilling orders. Keep up the good work -Ive had a catering order pick as well one day and the staff waited until I showed up to take the hot food out to place on the table with the rest of the cold foods. Went to Qdoba tonight for the first time in a month or so. Seems like the ingredients changed and definitely the quality of the ingredients. It seems like they put way more rice in the bowl than they used and only a spoon of protein and other ingredients. The lettuce was in large pieces that I had to shred by hand when I got it home and there was gristle from the chicken in my bowl. The overall flavor seem to be different and just wasn’t that good to me.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location today. I was only there for a quick stop on my way to pick up my son from school. The customer service was absolutely top notch! From the employe who made my order (a quesadilla) to the one who rung up my order. It wasn’t just me, while I was there I saw the crew provide great service to everyone that came in!

Chipotle is better, chicken had the little black pieces on it from the grill like straight char chunks, done beans were hard/not fully cooked some pieces of rice were extra hard, lettuce was all pieces with the stems in the center.

I used to love this place and used to visit it FREQUENTLY, at least one or multiple times a week!
Unfortunately today they changed how they serve their burrito bowl. They used to serve it in non-plastic paper bowl but today they served us our bowl in a plastic container that’s NOT BPA FREE. We don’t need to be reminded again that food should not be served in non BPA free containers as it has toxic effects on the food. I’m very disappointed with this change and I won’t be going to Qdoba again at this location. Not sure if this change is being rolled out in other locations too.
They also charged us for queso and previously they never charged us for the same amount of queso.

Didn’t like the food service (dry during my dine-in experience. They did not listen well while I asked for my order of the Impossible bowl. I added pico de gallo, black beans, and onions among other ingredients—I didn’t get the black beans or onions. They have plenty of space and it’s clean. They do have a Coca-Cola soda fountain, which is a plus.

Today was a veggie burrito, chips and queso, with nacho cholulu chicken. THE (NCC) was actually tasty. It is all about what you add into the dish to bring it to your own taste standards. Definitely add queso Diablo. The burrito tasted okay, but not what l expected honestly. The size is HUGE!

My food was 17 dollars I had to sub chicken for steak because there wasn’t anything but burnt bits left for surf and turn menu item, I ordered this at 9:15pm. I felt reviewing because usually it’s a great experience it’s expected so I’d talk more about this looking to rectify experience
