The staff has been great on the 4-5 times I have ordered in house. And our online orders are usually on time and have never been wrong. Most recent visit photo. Forgot to take it till I had a few bites. Quality food and nice portions.

We have loved Qdoba for years, relying on it for quick, last minute meals quite frequently. After our experience Saturday night we will not be returning. We decided to spring for the most expensive protein option for our meals. We patiently waited for 10 minutes with no line while the employee prepared online orders. When it was our turn to order our meals, we were given the smallest, meager amount of meat. The guys used tongs to pull out the meat, and put a pinch of meat on each of our burritos. The pan on the line almost empty, leaving what meat we did get dry and flavorless. We figured they just didn’t feel like refilling the product. We wished we could have just switched to chicken at that point, which was full and fresh on the line. To our disappointment we ended up with two very small burritos (no drink, no add-ons) for $27. Insanity. We will not be falling for that again.

The two people on the line tonight were really on top of everything. They didn’t stop once.

The manager is the only reason I give this location any stars at all. They fixed one of the bigger issues I’ve had at this particular Qdoba. every time I go, they’re out of Vegetarian meat meaning I turn around and walk out. One time I went for lunch and the young woman put ground beef on my burrito after I asked for the V protein, she later told me at the register that they had run out (Didn’t think to let me know before trying to run my card?). I will say that this location deals with (hospital) lunch rush really well and the wait always feels appropriate. I generally have a pleasant time talking to the employees, they all have great attitudes for the most part. The biggest problem I (and my friends) have with this Qdoba, is that EVERY Time I go the price is different. The only problem is, I get the same order every time, in fact, I read it out of the notes app on my phone (I always forget what toppings I like). So why is it that no matter who makes my burrito, on any weekday, the price always changes? I wondered if this was an exclusive burrito-problem, but after going there many times with my friends who get either tacos or bowls they share the same issue. I have asked about this a few times (but it’s usually too busy and I don’t like to annoy the already exploited wage-workers) and each time I am assured that “This is the correct price.” But you would think that when the cashier finds out I paid an extra $4 last week that she would either discount the meal or find a manager with the authority to partially refund me or find another solution, but nope. As I said, the manager is pretty great. I talked to them and they explained why the V ‘meat’ is always in stock, and let me know that employees will sometimes say they’ve run out when actuality they don’t want to thaw/cook the frozen Veat in the back. Since our talk, there is consistently Veat in stock when I go for lunch, which certainly makes me happy. I hope the rest of the kinks get worked out because I will start actually going here for lunch again! 🙂
I suggest giving it a try dispute my poor review, maybe just another location if you run into the pricing issues I have.

The food is really fresh, of good quality, and the portions are generous. The staff are amazing, and I must appreciate how they value their customers. The environment is very nice and well maintained. I will definitely visit this place again and would recommend it to others too.

Let’s just say I am disappointed. I placed a mobile order & I just picked it up and this is what it looks like. I should’ve looked before I drove off but I just got home and looked at it. This is not even how I ordered it, it’s missing ingredients & It’s bland. Not to mention the portion size! Why is this the most expensive meat on the menu but they skimped it and barely gave me any?! This is not my moneys worth at all. I feel like there’s always an issue when doing mobile orders here, orders should be treated the same whether the customer is standing there or not. Please do better.

I’ve always liked Qdoba, but lately the serving sizes have become really disappointing. For the prices they charge, you’d expect a decent portion, but it seems like they’ve been cutting back more and more. It’s frustrating when you order a bowl for 16 dollars and end up with barely any protein or toppings. Especially compared to competitors like Chipotle, who give you more for your money. I used to go to Qdoba regularly, but now I leave feeling like I paid full price for a half-sized meal. They really need to work on consistency and value. The small portions make it hard to justify coming back.

Ordered food to go. Get it delivered, half the ingredients aren’t even in the bowl. Normally a great experience. Do better Qdoba.

Edit: tried again. BOTH BOWLS ORDERED WERE 1000% WRONG! How hard is it to follow a simple ingredient list?!

The food here is great, but serving sizes for pick up bowls/burritos are disappointing. Wish they treated pick up orders the same as dine in, but I think they’re just banking on nobody wanting to drive back once home and see they’ve been skimped. Either start charging less for pick ups or make it an even serving.

The manager was horribly rude. People waiting for their online orders totally ignored. She just stands there and wipes the counter. Your order will be sitting by the register and if you try to see if it’s your order, she will tell you you can’t do that, you have to wait till she puts it on the to go rack. Then she wanders around the store some more before she puts it on the rack. When I only get a 30 minute lunch break, I don’t have time to play these games. I have called corporate and complained about this behavior. They obviously do not care. I will never eat here again. I’ll order my take out from Don Patron or Chipotle. Their employees treat the customers much better.
