The staff was very courteous and helpful. Customer service did not disappoint. Andrew was the one who took care of my family. I appreciated that so much. Most ppl ignore kids I’m glad he treated us with genuineness and respect. Thanks

LOVE Qdoba SO MUCH!!! My boyfriend and I will get a weeks worth of food, to help with food prep! It’s incredibly helpful for us, they’re great prices, great food, and the workers are so nice and helpful!

Kind and helpful staff with expedient service. The food fell short of a desirable experience though. I might come back if I’m in a pinch, but overall the protein (brisket birria) was strange and cold. The “cheese crusted quesadilla” was the furthest thing from what it’s name implied. The cheese on the inside wasn’t melted and there certainly was no cheese crust to be found on the outside.

Had a great experience before they closed! Went to the Park City location in Lancaster. It was great customer service and generous portions! Even with 1 hr till closing the rice and chicken tasted fresh! Highly recommend the Chouka Sweet and Spicy Chicken. Will definitely be back!!

This place is a joke. Used to be pretty decent, years ago, but ordering anything now is a total crap shoot.

In the past I’d often order via their app with some regularity. I stopped doing that about a year ago when it was a 50/50 toss-up for whether or not they’d get the order correct. Multiple times ordering nachos but there’d be no chips in the bag, other times I’d order a burrito and the ingredients would simply be incorrect. Sometimes the bag would just be missing a whole item. And on plenty of occasions I’d order, drive out to retrieve it at the appropriate time, and it wouldn’t even be started. No more of that — just stopped getting food here altogether.

Decided to give it another shot, ordering in-person for takeout, very recently. What a mistake. Rolled in there at 6:15 on a night when they were closing at 7pm (probably a Sunday) with the intention of grabbing food for the family (4 people in total). Apparently 45 minutes prior to close is much too late to show up. They were clearly attempting to shut down as soon as they could — chairs up, grill broken down and being cleaned, empty serving tubs, floor being mopped, etc. Employees clearly giving off a vibe of being inconvenienced by our presence (just 2 of us — ordering to-go) and everything saying “Go away!” Yeah, we got the message.

To top it off, they were out of chicken and steak and unwilling to make any more, so I got food for only half the fam and ended up ordering from Chipotle for the remainder.

Oh yeah, and it was cash only for some reason. I almost wish I didn’t have any cash on me at the time — could’ve avoided the disappointment.

Waste of time — should have just gone to Chipotle and been done with it. Will do from now on whenever we’re in the mood for mediocre Mexican-ish food.

Food on this occasion wasn’t great either. The 2 burritos we were able to procure were fine, but the chips we got were incredibly stale and clearly cooked in rancid oil.

I don’t even blame the employees at this Qdoba for the consistently bad experience over the years. The staff has changed over time, yet the problems over the past few years seem to persist. Employees are certainly underpaid, poorly managed, and probably not well trained. Management and ownership need to get their crap together and figure out if they actually want business.

I have zero interest in a gift card, free meal, or anything like that.

I have always liked Qdoba more than Chipotle, not that I dislike Chipotle…just a preference. You get more fillings and flavor for your buck, and there is no charge for guacamole at Qdoba. Their Queso options also taste better. I put their corn salsa in every burrito or bowl, and it makes everything better. This location can be accessed from outside of the mall. It has its own entrance, so you won’t have to walk to a food court. I didn’t take pictures this time, but I will be back and add some. This location is the most convenient for me to visit, so I’ll be there again.

Went to QDOBA around 7:15 pm as per this writing, to get 2 rice bowls. My bowl was the carnitas. It was NOT good. For some strange reason the pork tasted very vinegary. Every bit I took tasted like it was soaked in vinegar. It ruined my whole meal. I normally like their bowls, but tonite was a huge disappointment!!

Second time the rice was uncooked (not al-dente, hard.) My bowl was also very watery and unflavored likely due to the rice as it made up about 70% of the bowl. I also found a small string of plastic in my food? It’s not that deep and I still ate by bowl; I just figured I’d throw that in. Place is very well cooled in the summer and also very clean. Staff is always polite and courteous and the portions are great. I’m generally unbothered, just figured I’d give the feedback for future improvements.

I’ve been coming to this Qdoba for years. On my most recent visit on 11/1/25, Jonathan prepared the meals for my family. He was very friendly and attentive, and gave us great portions. The restaurant was clean and it was an inviting atmosphere. Great work to Jonathan and his teammates!

Came in with my girlfriend today to get two bowls at the end of a Saturday and saw only one person, and this person’s name was Johnathon. He’s back there working his behind off as I’m typing this and doing great, not sure what his co worker’s doing but I think he’s on break or something. Either way Johnathon has proved that he can handle this Saturday rush all by himself and should be recognized for this, as I’m sure his pay does not reflect it. If you see this, thank you Johnathon, this chicken’s kinda gas.
