I absolutely love it here. The food is amazing. The service is great and the best part is all the extras that you can get for free. Julio has great customer service. He is very welcoming as soon as you walk into the door. Nicole is the one that prepped my meal and it looks amazing as you can see in the picture. She explained the menu very thoroughly and told me exactly what everything is. Izzy, who I believe is the general manager was very sweet and asked us how the food was and continue to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be coming back.

So I decided to try this place I’ve heard so much about. Well it’s not bad but I have to say it just reminds me of Chipotle Look everyone likes what they like but if I’m paying that kind of money for food I want a little more. Just saying! Now I had steak bowl and I saw that someone posted that it lacked flavor. That is correct but I used the Cholula hot sauce they had and that was a game changer. I’ll go back and try something else just to be fair. Lebanon has multiple mexican places that provide homemade authentic mexican cuisine at the same price with more food. Again this is just my opinion and we all like what we like. Good Luck Qdoba!

Food was great. The portioning was better than Chipotle. I was greeted by the assistant manager I think his name was Kye and the gentleman server I didn’t catch his name, was very helpful. The general manager Izzy asked me if I needed anything while I was eating and I actually needed a different sauce and she recommended her favorite. Overall, food was great and the atmosphere was calm. Would recommend for sure.

We really enjoy going here. The food is delicious and the staff is always super friendly. I like all the options they have and that guac and queso are included. The tortilla chips are not quite as good as Chipotle and I’d say the portion size is smaller than Chipotle as well. Regardless, it’s really good food, fast and friendly. We will definitely return!

Upon arrival, it being my first time!! I was greeted felt very welcomed. All employees were super nice and while eating a employee even checked to see how food was. I thought that was great guest experience as very little places do that. The only negative thing i would say is if im paying $20 for a meal I wish they wouldnt be so cheap with the amount of rice and toppings they put in the bowl. I constantly had to ask for “extra”. Other than that definitely will be returning.

Look im not somone to leave reviews or even complain because of my time working in the industry. But! I just spent $90 dollars and the taste of the food is the reason for the review, not here to bash the brand. I ordered a bowl with chicken. The rice, beans and fajita veggies tasted as expected however the chicken tasted as if it was cooked, cooled and then reheated, it was dry and the texture definitely reminded me of reheated chicken, far from fresh. Looks well seasoned but was very bland. Im no advocate of Chipotle, the only time they get your order correct is if you order in person and its the only thing in lebanon to compare QDOBA too. So with that being said, SAVE YOUR SELF the disappointment and order Chipotle. Fingers crossed they get your order correct.

first Qdoba experience last night. the food was very good. the team was on the ball! Raven was so friendly, the team had great communication with each other, and the food was made exactly as ordered. only 4 gave 4 stars for food bc the chips were soooo salty and not very good tasting. but otherwise very happy, we will be back

First time tonight. Will not return. Double protein bowl… beef was chewy and no vegetables. Another bowl with chicken had no chicken. I believe whoever was making bowls this evening, they need to be trained.

If you’ve never been mesmerized by a snake charmer then you absolutely need to experience the food at this restaurant. You may not see a snake charmer at this restaurant but you’ll certainly feel the same sense of great euphoria that you’d expect to feel if you did. While dining I felt that the only rational impulse was to cure the sensational urge to scream how great my experience is from the mountain tops but I decided that a Google review will have to suffice. I highly urge anyone reading this review to visit this establishment for themselves thus creating a memorable experience of a lifetime. I saw visions of gladiators battling while riding unicorns upon taking my first bite and the staff was more friendly than the frustrated leprechaun that you’ve seen in the Trix commercials as a kid.
