Warning: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
QDOBA is very good and always been my favorite before Moe’s or Chipotle. But I’m telling you every single time I place an order online at this store, it’s messed up or wrong.
I ordered a brisket quesadilla with queso and jalapeños on it, with a side of sour cream, guac and salsa verde.
Instead, I got a chicken quesadilla with shredded cheese on it. No other toppings, no side sauces in the bag.
100% not even close to what I ordered.
My husband ordered a chicken salad but there was only a Little bit of shredded lettuce in it for the “salad” and a few small pieces of chicken, with an excessive pile of guac.
He got a burrito as well that was super wet because they put all the bean juice in it instead of straining it out.
They didn’t put any of his side sauces in the bag either.
The staff clearly doesn’t read the orders or labels correctly, so just save yourself and order your food in person so it’s actually what you ordered.

Decided to try Qdoba for the first time yesterday, and it’s hard to have been more disappointed. I ordered a brisket bowl and burrito for pickup at 7:30 pm, only to wait among 10 other customers for pickup until it was handed to me at 8:00 pm. Further, the brisket was literally inedible, as it was entirely fat and took up half of the bowl’s volume. The burrito was surprisingly small considering the extra rice and beans I ordered with it. I already reached out to customer service and have not heard back, so to say I am dismayed is an understatement.

Extremely delicious fast food Mexican food ! If you’re balling on a budget like me I highly recommend this place. Guac and queso is free on bowls which is so nice compared to the competition. Good music and friendly staff. Would visit again soon

Just ordered food from them with DoorDash, ordered a custome bowl, only had Rice chicken and beans when it was supposed to have steak queso, peppers, salsa, cheese and a few other items with a sticker plastered on the cover of the bowl, I just got off work at 9 pm and have to be back to work at 2 am. Do better qudoba!

I love this place! I go every time in the area!! Today we went and the female manager that was there was just plain rude to her employees. She spoke to them with a condescending tone and attitude. I felt so bad for them. I had to leave halfway into my meal before I stood up and said something to her. She’s good with the customers it seems, but she can use some more training with her employees. She made the atmosphere so uncomfortable.

I have been coming here since December 2023 and today was my last visit. The last two visits they have completely gone off the deep end on value. The portion and amount of protein in their bowls is very low. Two oz of chicken is bad.
Go spend your money elsewhere like Dancing Crab, Slice, or Speckled Egg. Your dollars will go further there. Speak with your wallet because they quite obviously do not care about customer surveys.

This place is usually pretty good but tonight is was especially bad, the worker (Jordan) was very chatty and talkative especially to a group of 4 boys she didn’t make pay for food! I went up and told them the name for my order and it took them 20 minutes to make it because she stopped making my order (2 bowls) to make the 4 boys orders, my food ended up being cold.

Such amazing staffs, everyone seemed happy and excited. I went to get my dinner on Halloween day & the staff had some cute face paint on with a gorgeous smile – Neissa made my bowl with such excitement and asked multiple times if there’s was something else I needed. The manager was at the cashier- she also made sure I got what I needed. My first visit was amazing, surely going back for some more delicious chicken Bowl- sauces were yum too.

Qdoba is one of my favorite restaurants ever. The southside location is the only one left in Pittsburgh unfortunately. I go at least once a week. However the past 2 weeks were just bad. The usual staff that has worked there for ages was gone and replaced with all new staff that didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They could not roll the burritos. Portions were super skimpy. They tried to roll my brother’s burrito but it broke so they literally just dumped the whole thing on a new tortilla mixing it all up instead of just double rolling it. Despite the sloppy rolling, I started to eat my burrito and the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy and the cilantro was too over powering. The chips had so much salt, I felt my arteries clog. They were inedible. They didn’t have the usual lime flavor. The person who I assumed was the manager was just constantly yelling at the employees for various things in full ear shot of the dining room. Finally, when I scanned my card for the points, the inexperienced cashier must have done something wrong because they didn’t go through. I hope this is just a temporary setback, I would be devastated to lose them completely.
