This is the second and probably last time ordering here because both times have not been great. The first time I wasn’t given the queso that I paid for and not given any of the sides requested for the entrée. Now this time I ordered delivery and I was given the queso but with no chips, what am I supposed to do with queso when not given what you eat it with, so more wasting of my money. And I did also look up that you are supposed to receive chips when you order queso to confirm because I was starting to feel unsure since it now happened multiple times. It’s incredibly frustrating that both times I have not been able to fully enjoy my expected meal. It’s very unfortunate that these careless mistakes are driving away customers when this business has just started out here especially because I have actually enjoyed the quality of the food that I have gotten to eat but I’m not gonna continue to support a business that keeps gypping me of ordered items and making me dissatisfied of the service given. 2 chances back to back is all you get from me, do better.
EDIT: I forgot to add the most important part. The delivery bag was not sealed properly which is a huge safety concern considering you deliver through DoorDash and don’t have your own delivery service.
Not to mention I also finally got a second to sit down and try to enjoy my burrito after taking care of my toddler the past 12 hours to find that there is no rice and they put both types of beans in it which it clearly states NO BEANS in the picture that I added! I tried to pick around them but it was literally the majority of the burrito. You guys are lucky that it’s just a strong dislike for beans and not an allergy!! Like come on someone could bite into a wrapped burrito, unknowingly eat something they aren’t supposed to and go into anaphylactic stock because your staff aren’t able to read a label or even worse did it on purpose. Complete waste of my dinner and I now for sure will not be coming back and will be telling anyone I know that wants to try it that it’s a waste of their money.

This is the second time I’ve tried Qdoba. I approached the line, and the worker timidly looked and, after about 30 seconds, asked if I wanted to order. I order a birria burrito, a cookie and a soda. Through the process, I had to ask what my options were since they do offer many ingredients. I didn’t get good feedback. The burrito was cold, despite eating within a minute or two from paying. The flavor was mild for a Mexican place. The tortilla didn’t hold, and the whole thing fell apart. It was undercooked and poorly wrapped. I ate the contents with a fork just because I was hungry. For $20, it was not worth it and since it was my second try and my experience didn’t improve, I’m not inclined to recommend based on a larger sample size.

Good food! We’ve been here once a week for the past month. I appreciate that the queso and guac is free. The employees are quick and attentive, haven’t had any problems. We haven’t ever sat down and ate at any of the booths but the Atmosphere is certainly clean, haven’t noticed anything unpleasant with the cleanliness. Price is decent payed ~ $55 for 4 adults and 1 kid.

Every time I come here, the food is decent. It’s got flavor. But it’s always cold. The customer service is awful, filled with attitudes and like they don’t want to be at work. Every time I go they somehow mess up my order. I got the surf and turf today, they gave me surf no turf. Just shrimp and not the steak I paid for. Half ass job and they just opened. I have raved about QDOBA, being from the south and moving up here a few months ago, the food here is awful. So when I saw qdoba was coming, I was stoked. First try at this store was great, after that, it’s been awful every single time. Do better.

Queso. Very good. Clean inside. Fresh ingredients. Love the condiment variety. Chips are crispy and perfectly salted. Some of the cuts of meat- not the best but that can happen anywhere you eat. I’ll def go back- maybe just get something else next time. Nothing bad to say really- kinda blah inside but I’m not going for the atmosphere- looking forward to more Queso and chips. 🙂

I honestly really like the food here. It’s just a shame that the times we have tried the place since opening.. we are always missing something from our order, or the staff just simply has nasty attitudes. We went there last Friday and they didn’t put any of my husbands protein on his bowl. Which he was actually supposed to get double and got none. His was also missing his salsas. Mine was missing the salsas as well and cotija cheese. We unfortunately didn’t notice until we got home but I’m sure if we went back in to have them fix it they would have been nasty about it… as that has happened with a different order. Hopefully

As a first-time customer at Qdoba, I was pretty disappointed. Rice is inexpensive, yet the portion was very small. The protein serving was also minimal, and the bowl ended up being mostly sauce rather than an actual meal. The flavor was fine, but the portion size and balance didn’t justify the price.

Food tastes ok. Customer service was good. However a key component from any other mexican restaurant is missing. Their guacamole does not come with chips. I ordered a side of guac and was informed chips do not come with it. Chips apparently come with an order of salsa or queso, but not guac. I don’t expect free chips, but if they come with salsa and queso why not guac? As a first time visit, it was disappointing at best.

Q’doba has been my favorite Tex-Mex spot for 20+ years. I was thrilled to see Broome County getting one. I came on opening day. I did a pick up order. The order was made in a timely manner. The staff offered to assisted me with bringing it to my car (I was carrying a baby car seat). They were very friendly. I look forward to being back soon!
