This place is wonderful. The food is fresh and tastes great. The customer service with the workers is terrific. Thank you to those who work the lunch hour Monday through Friday because they always seem to have a positive attitude. The pregnant Women was so kind when I went through. You could tell she is trying her hardest. I will be coming more often and bringing my friends with me.

Food can be good but it is inconsistent on how much they give you. One day I get a great bowl and the next it’s half empty. Doesn’t make sense and when I get half bowl it’s definitely not worth the price if I’m not even filled from it. After reading other reviews it seems like they are reluctant to bring more food from the back and give you the scraps if that’s there. When it’s full you get a good bowl and when it’s running low they give you way less than they are supposed to.

I go there every Wednesday to get my usual bowl. The employees are extremely friendly and efficient. There are not many places at Drum to have a meal, so the PX can get quite congested at lunchtime. That being said, the employees are fast so I don’t have to stand in line long and I can enjoy my lunchtime.

Food is good. Twice now, I’ve gone here and they were almost out of steak. Twice now, instead of getting more from the back to fill the order, they put 1-2 cubes in each taco. This time, when I asked for more, the lady got visibly annoyed, got more from the back, and then charged me for double steak that I didn’t ask for.

I went in today 8/1/23 and had the rudest customer service. When asked about the guacamole and cilantro they had already put it away and refused to get it out. When asked for more pico they scrapped a few tomatoes together from the bin out that on my bowl and then sent me to checkout. I wasn’t offered any condiments or even a utensil to eat with. All the girls had an attitude when asked about the missing ingredients that I normally add to my bowl. I will not be returning if this is the acceptable attitude and food service. I just spent money on food I no longer want because it’s missing key ingredients( and they did have them they just didn’t want to get it back out). I work in the food set industry and this needs to be addressed my management and higher.

Absolutely terrible service. They barely speak English. DoorDash never picked my order so it sat there for. 3 hours finally I had time to pick it up and they refused to let me get a new bowl. So I got left with food that sat out for 3 hours highly don’t reccomend.

Stopped by today right at closing. The lady working was friendly and happily made my order despite me being there at close after she had already started putting things away. Food was great and atmosphere what you would expect at a px. Best option here!

I used to go there very regularly but today I paid 8:75 dollar for small bowl . The guys gave me so little quality even bowl was almost half. So disappointing. And I don’t want to go back again..
