A bowl or burrito can make for a decent vegan option. See the picture. I mobile order here and the food is always done on time. The two ladies working the front are always great and are quick to recognize me and grab my order.

We catered from this location through EZ Cater for 60 people and had an outstanding experience. The delivery was perfectly on time, portions were more than generous, and everything came with utensils and heat warmers. The chicken hot bar was delicious, and our guests loved it. The team set everything up upon delivery which was super helpful for us. We’re so glad we chose Qdoba — truly effortless!

I am here to post a review after a bad experience last night with this location and interestingly I see some older reviews of customers complaining about certain employees being rude. I can absolutely second that because the employees who are in the counter work as if we are holding them at gunpoint and asking them to serve. Ordered an online pick up and went to store to pick it up and they simply said they never saw our order come through. That’s okay but they just showed a rude face and didn’t bother to even answer any of our questions after that. What kind of service is this? I have the pick up order in my phone and I am trying it to show. They simply ignored and said they didn’t see any order in my name. How is it even possible? Okay even if it is the first thing that customer expects is a bit of conversation/explanation or what to do? Should I call customer service or what. But they just stared as if I committed a crime. I ended up ordering again there because I came all the way and there was not even a hint of any courtesy/smile. It was just wow. It’s ironic that in this day and ongoing climate you’re not a local and yet you’re having a job here so the least you could do is be nice? Or are employees being forced to work without pay by Qdoba? In the end the food wasn’t even fresh and as good as it used to be in Qdoba before. Either way this is the end of me going to any qdoba again thanks to this experience I had. There are a plenty of other fast food chains who are better in terms of quality and service.

ordered from Uber Eats, was unaware of all the bad reviews and experiences prior to ordering. The uber eats rating was a 4.4!
the queso and chips were good, However the bowl i ordered was missing two of the toppings(salsa and lettuce) i asked for. which made my bowl extremely dry. Im highly disappointed as i love Qdoba in general, but this location was not what i was hoping for. my total came to 22 dollars for two items! and im not even able to eat the rest of the bowl. smh

I visited Qdoba in Bridgewater Commons. I wish I had a better experience but I tried ordering some tacos and the lady said “bowls only” because they closed in 45 minutes. Why stay open at all if you’re limiting your menu to one item.

The associates at this place will laugh in your face and judge your order. They will refuse to give mall associates discounts as well. So rude and unprofessional. Very unorganized when its busy too they will flat out ignore you when theres a rush.

I’ve been to many similar restaurants, but this one truly stands out. Food is always fresh best food around, and the staff are super friendly.

The food is good every time I go but the employee are EXTREMELY RUDE. They always seem like they are in a rush and consistently move the food along from station to station before I am even done ordering. If I ever ask for less of any ingredient or correct them on something they might’ve heard wrong they roll their eyes and scoff. They always seem miserable and angry at the customer for even being there. Today they were extremely rude and rushed because it was near closing when I came, they rushed through my bowl and before I was even done adding ingredients to my bowl they closed it and rung it up. Then when I tried to pay with my giftcard, the employee told me to swipe it and it continuously declined. I knew there was definitely money on the card as I JUST got it a week before and asked if she could type in the numbers on the giftcard to see if it works that way. Of course she said no clearly annoyed and continuously told me it was invalid. That is when her manager came over and typed in the giftcard for me and it worked. The employee then laughed and rolled her eyes at me. I understand if she might’ve been new and didn’t know how to scan a gift card but she was extremely condescending the rest of our interaction. This is something i experience every time I go to this location and it is ridiculous at this point that every single employee is in a bad mood every single day.

On February 22 which was Saturday evening, I was at the Bridgewater commons branch with my family members so we said why not let’s enjoy some Qdoba. the girl(she had on her Green shirt and a hair clip) who was “giving examples” which she was very rude keep making faces and scoff. We also noticed that she wasn’t even offering examples as it should the right way,She should learn how to Greek & speak to people kindly and she should not talk while working with the cleaners employees.instead of just being there standing and doing absolutely nothing she should be in the front doing something because can’t forget to say the line was long and there she was not helping her team. The food was good tho it’s just that the service she offered was wack.
