Every time I go, their chips are sooo salty that I have to down at least three water bottles just eating the chips. Then, today, when i went to order and I asked for both types of rice they told me they would have to charge me extra. No where on the menu does it say that. The only thing the menu says they will charge for extra of is extra protein. When I got qdoba at the Fort Sam Houston location they didn’t charge me extra for both types of rice. Even then the portion sizes are skimpy and they barely fill your bowl. You have to get extra of everything to get a decent meal.

Was standing at the register and a man informed me they dont open until 10:30. It was 10:29. I waited. Another man came out at 10:30 and told me they weren’t ready to serve. I heard the staff talking about me in the kitchen while I waited the one minute to open. All the good seemed to be out and ready. Felt like they didn’t want to serve me on my lunch break.

I really wanted to like this location, but it’s been disappointing every single visit. No matter what time of day I come they’re always out of basic ingredients. Veggies, pico de gallo, guacamole, you name it. It’s frustrating to pay full price when half the menu isn’t available. After giving it multiple chances, it’s clear this isn’t just bad luck. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this Qdoba

The food is amazing WHEN it’s there, they cannot stay stocked up and or cannot open on time with all ingredients ready to go. Open about 10 minutes late everyday, out of guac every other day or week, or maybe when they do “open” not everything is out as if they don’t open the same time everyday.

I got two kids meals, but was charged for two regular bowls. Communication didn’t happen to the person at the register. (Manager I think) Not really a big deal, things happen. But the manager seemed to have an attitude the whole time. In the fast food business, it’s a fast paced environment with customers. Learn how to deal with customers and issues that happen or find another line of work.
