Always liked this place, Qdoba at the north px, but went about a week ago and paid $15 for a bowl that was worth $5. Asked the manager how was that worth it and she told me we used the scale, which they never did, but it’s ok me, my coworkers and my friends won’t return and if they continue going that direction by severely rationing the food, that line will dwindle. The picture I posted is exactly what i paid for, which i should’ve left it right there. They truly deserve 0 stars, I’m so happy Chipotle will be opening soon.

I ordered a veggie bowl on a slow day. My roasted vegetables were cold, oily, and completely raw. They didn’t have forks, only spoons for me to eat my meal. No cups for water either. Not the location I would come back to.

I ordered a grilled steak bowl with extra steak. I bite into it noticing there no steak in it whatsoever. I check and it’s chicken. And not only that, they are tiny little pieces that were hard and dry.
The only “help” option was a 5 dollar refund of the extra grilled steak I ordered. If I don’t eat chicken, how is a 5 dollar refund gonna magically solve my issue.
And when I spoke to a representative they told me they couldn’t help me since the refund was already issued.

After being gone on an assignment for 7 long months, I was excited to try Qdoba after the new renovation and boy was it a disappointment. My burrito bowl tasted like, nothing. No flavor in the cold, extremely small portion of chicken crumbs. The only thing that gave my bowl flavor was the salty tortilla chips. I’ll give it another try on the one on Reilly St.
