My second time here, and the place was packed with local Vietnamese and Chinese customers — always a good sign! I came back because their dishes are quite authentic.
Just like last time, we ordered the vermicelli combination and the special pho combo. Both dishes were as delicious as before. We also tried the fried chicken wings with fish sauce — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
To take home, we got two banh mi sandwiches for dinner. I especially enjoyed the grilled pork banh mi — savory, well-marinated, and satisfying.

I got the Pork chop, egg-cake, pork skin,egg rice dish (Cơm dac biet)! 12/10!!! It was $14.95 as of 08DEC2025. I also got hazelnut boba tea medium size with no ice ($4.45+$0.50 for the boba). Locally owned and delicious. Can’t wait to go back for more.

I’ve been going to the same Pho shop for years but finally tried this place out. The broth is so flavorful the serving of meat is very generous. I’ll have to try the boba and bahn mi next time. The workers were also very polite :).

I just come here for the boba. The boba have a hit or miss where it’s either overcooked or undercooked but overall everything about this place is nice, gives authentic vibes and food. Haven’t tried their food but definitely would one day! If looking for a boba place this is definitely one to try!

Q-Cup Boba Tea in Jacksonville is a very good Vietnamese restaurant located in a plaza setting. The name of the restaurant indicates that Boba Tea is prominently featured here, but there are plenty of meal options available also. Three of us came here specifically for Pho. The youngest of us (about 20 yo) was the only one to get Boba Tea, which is too sweet for my liking (younger folks seem to really like it). I had the Special Beef Pho and found it to be quite good and tasty with plenty of meat and a flavorful broth that was well balanced and not too salty. I definitively would come here again just for the Pho, or to try something else.

This place is amazing! The prices are awesome and the staff is super friendly. I haven’t tried the food but from what I can see a nice cozy place to spend with family. Highly recommend! A+++ This place is a diamond in the rough. Atmosphere is welcoming and handouts on mindfulness so they care about mental health. I am coming here again for sure, and you would be silly for not coming here.

My husband and I have been to virtually every Vietnamese restaurant in the Jacksonville area… and for going on almost 10 years now, QCup has BY FAR the best Pho around. So much so that we use it as our metric for rating other places against. It is our go to spot and consistently perfect. ❤️ Try it once and you’ll be hooked too!

Delicious pho. I ordered the special pho. Perfectly balanced broth. Barely needed anything added in it outside of the fresh herbs.

I came in here around lunch, which was my first time here. I have to say the service was amazing and eating lunch in the inside was a great experience for me. I was able to get my food fresh, and pay my tip up front. I will definitely be back again to try more dishes. My dishes were the grilled banh mi, vermicelli beef bowl, and I ordered a mango smoothie boba. Everything was delicious.

I stayed with the chicken egg rolls. They were delicious! I highly recommend them. I came for the bahn mi but was a bit disappointed. I tried the spicy beef and lemongrass beef bahn mi. The spicy beef was not at all spicy until I added Saracha. I expected strips of beef for the lemongrass beef, but it was ground beef – more like meatballs. A mention of ground beef on the menu is a good idea. I like a crispier crust on the roll. I enjoyed the jasmine tea with boba cooked to perfection. The thai tea could have been a little sweeter.
I may return for some pho someday.
