Been going here for years now every Friday night and understand when new owners take over there will be changes. All the changes have been good except for the management staff. We were treated very rudely by the manager to which we will not return there when she is working. I guess customer service to loyal customers is not important to her. I would rather take my money (to which we would spend easily $100 or more every time there) to other establishments that appreciate your business and treat you with respect.

Slot machines here are stealing money. I inserted $20, the balance showed as $17 on the machine. I added $10 more, did one spin at max bet of $4, and the balance showed as $2. I have alerted the Illinois Gaming Board.

Nice big place with lots of pool tables, dart boards and other pub games. Beer selection is average. The Mexican place next door with an order window is a huge plus because their tacos are super tasty, especially when you’re drinking. I just wish they were open later because you don’t really get hungry til after you had a few. Of course they have touch tunes but the sound system could use an upgrade especially for such a large place. There’s also a small stage for karaoke.

Ate food at the dive in taco place, not the bar. So no rate for food. Bartender had absolutely no personality whatsoever. Not sure if its family owned or not but we didn’t even get a hi or any form of an interaction. Atmosphere was the best part, but more for older men.
