The experience was acceptable overall, but the establishment did not appear adequately prepared for the Bears game crowd. From the time we arrived (a party of two) to receiving our first drink, approximately 45 minutes elapsed. When ordering our drinks, we also placed a food order; however, our food did not arrive until halftime, and it was incorrect. When we informed the food runner, there was some disagreement regarding what we had ordered. Once the correct dish was delivered, the food was very good. We would consider returning, though likely on a less busy day when the staff may be better prepared to handle the volume of guests.

Waiting for doors to open as we were attending a concert,we each had a delicious burger with onion rings for me and fries for my friend. Waitresses were wonderful. It was easy to check into concert area with tickets. We had reserved a table which had a great view of the stage. We saw my friend Paul playing drums in his band “Big Bang Baby”! We hope to go back another day in the future!

I came there to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I ordered A meal and a glass of wine the waitress took cards to create tabs. I ordered my friend a drink for her birthday, but I decided to pay cash. I had the waitress over A $50 bill +2 dollars in which I thought was a five dollar bill and a two dollar bill for a glass of wine. The waitress asked me is there anything else I want along with the glass of wine? I stated no please just bring me a cup of water to have with my meal. The waitress would not serve me any longer never came back to the table. I spent most of the night searching for her. I didn’t understand why she would not come back to finish serving me. I had to ask two other of her coworkers to request that she come to bring the glass of water and what I thought was the change from seven dollars. After one of the workers there helped me he encouraged her to come over to bring the water and she finally brought the water over and laugh, but I’m thinking wow she’s really working hard to to keep this 60 cent Hell, I was gonna tip her more than that. Once I made it home, open my wallet I realized that I gave the waitress of $50 bill instead of a five dollar bill I contacted the manager at the Q bar, and they basically told me that I was out of luck. They supported the staff, even though my table was in front of a camera, and I did refer them to roll back to camera to see the activities play out as I stated. I’m writing this review to warn you to be very careful of the waitress staff there. They will steal from you during transactions and it seem as they have the owner support the practice of The to their customers. They told me it was my fault that I didn’t notice it before I left the establishment. Not even acknowledging the fact, she never returned any of my money even if it was just .60 cent so that along with her behavior should have Been investigated further …why would she not come back to the table after the transaction at all not even wanting to bring me water? I will never come back to a place that supports theft from their staff. my transactions should be safe and secure. Consumers pay attention to your money!! pay attention to your card transactions. ….

Great place to watch sports, play pool, play bean bags, shoot darts, dance to a DJ or listen to live music in the back room.
In other words, there’s plenty of fun things to do and enjoy at this establishment.

For a fee, you can also reserve a table so you can be more comfortable while listening to your favorite band in the back room, where the live stage is located.
We went there to check out the “FUZE BAND” and they were amazing.
They also have a small outdoor patio if you want to enjoy the warm summer weather while sipping on your favorite beverage.
The food is also very good, and the beer menu is very extensive.
There’s plenty of free parking to accommodate even the biggest crowds.
The only negative is that they charge you an extra percentage fee if you pay with a credit card instead of cash.

we are really not trying to be like that because the place had good things to offer. but we did have a situation today where we can’t even come back from. we are returning guests- and had spend over 300 dollars just today. we had JUST bought a round of beer at 12:45 and then around 12:50pm we were asked to leave the bar, we tried to finish our drinks as fast as we could. it was okay until the bouncer escalated the situation when we asked to use the restroom before we left and we were told we couldn’t, he said we “had enough time” so we were not allowed to use the restroom. he then proceeded to yell at us continuously.

I came to this place in support of the Digital Escorts. I was very pleased to see how spacious, organized, and well lite this Q Bar is. The staff greeted my friend and I right away, and they offered to seat us in the band’s area.
Opps, I almost forgot, the bar’s food was surprisingly delicious as well. We ordered tons of stuff for our sections and all of it was hot and great tasting. I will be back, hopefully my friend’s band will be invited back soon. I’m sure they will triple the crowd to maximum capacity!
