I was very pleasantly surprised by the service and delicious food in this place. Sam is an amazing sensitive person who discovered a new favorite dish for me, which I will gladly order many more times. The atmosphere of the place reminds me a lot of downtown Boston. The food is very fresh, everything was served very beautifully, smiling employees who pay attention to each client. I’m allergic to onions, my request was treated with special attention here. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and delicious dishes that are suitable for the whole family.

We went here on a short trip to Salem. Ordered take out but when I went in to pick it up – was pleasantly surprised about the the atmosphere inside. Even more impressed by how clean the kitchen looked. Usually pizza places are dingy and greasy, but this place looked so clean, which always makes me happy when eating at a restaurant. The best part was the pizza! We got a margherita and a chicken bacon ranch pizza – and my kids and I think it was the best pizza we have ever had! My kids NEVER eat the crust and they actually did with this pizza. So good, crispy but not hard to eat. Not greasy and just the right amount of sauce and toppings. Will be hard to top this pizza on the South shore! Small pizzas are a little expensive, but worth it.

PZA is a wonderful place with excellent food, at reasonable prices and even better customer service. I saw one of the managers take a customer’s food out (without the customer asking), because he had a baby in his arms. You rarely find personal service such as that. The pizza and chicken wings are the best around!

We ordered three pizzas for delivery and only two were delivered. The gluten free pizza was not delivered. PZA uses DoorDash for delivery – their choice and one pays PZA directly. Upon the driver explaining they only received two pizzas and I watched the delivery driver the whole way and they came directly to the delivery address. I also checked the drivers car. I called the restaurant and the person the answered insisted they handed the driver three pizzas and would not honor the fact that three pizzas were paid for and only two made and delivered. The restaurant insisted it was a door dash issue. Again the restaurant contracts out door dash so there is no means by which to put in a complaint with door dash. The person that answered at the restaurant hung up on me the customer and become very argumentative. It does appear from other reviews this is a trend. Please don’t order from this restaurant for delivery they do not honor their customers orders and are extremely rude.
UPDATE I have changed my review to service of 5 stars and included the fact that the pizza was very good. The owner contacted me directly and is making everything right. I would go back and recommend that with such high customer service that you should check them out if in the area.

Saw PZA on phantom gourmet and had to try the big Mac attack pizza and the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I have to say it was right up there with some of the best pizza I have ever had. I wanted to try the belly buster sub but I can only eat so much.

I love this pizza. I always make special requests and it’s right every time. A lot of pizza on the north shore has little to no sauce, gigantic amounts of gross crust with bubbles in it. Not PZA. The crust is just the right size, always cooked to perfection. From crust to center the pie is covered in high quality toppings. Way more than you can get anywhere for a pizza under $20. We’ve had delivery and carry out. The staff always lacks that $hitty higher than mighty New England attitude. They’re always smiling in friendly. The delivery driver in the camo hoody was cool too. Thanks for bringing a good pizza pie to the area. Y’all know how to hook it up just right.

I have celiac and when I told them this, they made sure to make my pasta bowl completely separate. They even fresh made the sauce to be sure it wasn’t cross contaminated. Perfect service!
