We have eaten at several of the Pyro’s around Memphis, but this was by far one of our best visits. Everything was sooo clean! The people were so incredibly nice. They built beautiful pizzas and seemed to be happy to do so. This is now my very favorite Pyro’s location.

It’s pretty good. I like the pizza, and love the concept. (If you’ve ever been to a MOD Pizza or a Blaze Pizza in other parts of the US, note that Pyro’s is exactly the same idea. It’s not a sit-down restaurant, it’s fast casual.) You will get a customized, hot pizza, fast. Pizzas are sized for an individual.

Not only is the food good but so are the people. It started with the manager (didn’t get his name) making accommodations for my dad who is in a wheelchair and couldn’t see over the counter at the options. Then, when we went to leave, Kaleb made sure there was a clear path for me to wheel my father out. When we came back into the restaurant because I noticed I had a flat tire, Kaleb didn’t hesitate to ask the manager if he could change my tire. He made sure I could get myself and my dad home safely. Just proves there are good young men in our community.

With working in customer service for over 30 years at least the line workers could smile more. It costs nothing to smile and act like you want to be at work. It seems that you are bothering them to build and add more ingredients to your pizza. The time my family and I were in the establishment was after 1 pm on November 23rd. The cashier (young lady) in a blue shirt had a pleasant personality. Other than that….everything was .

We love coming here, almost weekly we come here. Their poppyseed chicken salad is my favorite salad. I also love the gluten free bbq chicken pizza. My husband loved their savory bites and pepperoni pizza. The prices are great. The porch is super relaxing to eat outside. The service is always professional, friendly and fast.

How is a small thin crust pizza made in a real pizza oven still soggy and fall apart? The crust should be like a cracker almost. I suggest cooking it for longer or turning the temp up on your oven.
