PV’s Prime Grill & Tequila was an amazing experience! We went for lunch and found out they were serving their brunch buffet (10–12). The $56 buffet had an incredible selection—seafood towers with crab and shrimp, ceviche, sushi, salmon, brunch favorites, and a beautiful dessert spread.
The atmosphere was upscale, and a violinist (Brigham) even played at our table, which made it feel extra special. Great service and a stunning space (even the bathrooms were gorgeous!).
I can’t wait to come back and try the regular menu!

The holiday decorations were such a beautiful start to our birthday celebration here. Definitely recommend booking a reservation, our table was promptly ready even during the busy dinner hours. Our server handled everything perfectly and made sure the birthday girl had a wonderful night. Food and drinks were excellent, will have to visit again soon.

We were given a warm greeting from their all so friendly staff. The bar is beautiful and a unique menu. Everything was absolutely delicious! They put together a well crafted dining experience. A little pricey, but worth it. Highly recommend.

First time coming to PVS, and my husband and I both rate it a 10 out of 10! Mike was our server and he was incredibly kind and attentive the entire time. I had the brunch buffet, and it was absolutely mind-blowing—never have I ever been to a brunch where everything was delicious. Even the water service was over the top(Aqua Panna)
My husband ordered the filet and lobster from the menu and loved every bite. Mike did an amazing job explaining all the details and specials. He truly made the experience unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back and hope to have Mike serve us again—this time with friends—so they can enjoy the same fun and incredible experience!

The service and food is absolutely great. I’ve had the luxury of having dinner and brunch at PVs and both occasions was excellent. I took 17 people with me to Sunday Brunch and they all want to come back on a regular basis.
