I really enjoyed this place and the food. The inside reminded me of my Nonna’s kitchen. I would just say to be cautious of cross contamination. My friend has celiac disease and we ordered the Greek salad to share, they put pita bread on it which is not mentioned as an ingredient. When taking the left over caprese salad our server used the same spoon that touched the Greek salad and pita bread (gluten), so he could no longer even bring his leftovers home with him. The gluten free pizza was really good. It’s the only one he’s aware of that he can consume and not get sick. It’s his favorite. I really enjoyed my margarita pie and enjoyed ordering takeout as well.

Great food and service! I started working in the area and come here at least once a week for lunch. Food selection is great, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area or looking for a new pizza spot.

It’s been a long time coming, but I can finally write a 5 star pizza review. Ordered a large pepperoni pie with mushrooms on one half. Asked to have it well done and light on the cheese. A lot of places use gross canned mushrooms; these were not. The dough had a nice flavor, was crispy on the bottom, and not undercooked in the middle. The cheese was just the right amount, which aided in keeping it creamy. Cheese is supposed to be a sort of heavy garnish and this was pretty close to that. I was having a rough day, but not after this pizza. Put a smile on this Italian-American boy’s face. Thank you!

Order was put in with Slice at 5:37 with a delivery of 30Min to 45Min. After the order was submitted the delivery changed to 6:45 to 7:01 (60 to 90Mins) We called the restaurant at 7:38. They could not tell us if the food had even left and to call back in 30Mins if we had not recieved our order. The food arrived at 8:00pm, this is 2hrs and 27min afrer our order was out in, also 1 hour after the we got told. The food was not good at all cold and no taste. We live 7mins from the restaurant. Slice or the restaurant won’t do any type of refund or credit VERY bad

This place has been a profound part of my childhood as I have been coming here since I was a small child. Truly one of the best Pizza spots in Bergen county, to the point where trying another pizza joint feels like betrayal. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

Best pizza in the area. Order Grandma’s pizza – it is wonderful….am updating my review. Was just there today for lunch and it is still superb. Delicious garlic bread and great tomato salad. And had a fresh Grandma’s pizza – which is a Margherita style. This pizzeria is run by a true Italian who came over in the ’70’s – and the food there is a taste of Italy. I would also recommend the spaghetti meatball marinara. Delicious! It is not a fancy place but if you love good food at reasonable prices w great service, this is the place to go.
