Was recommended by a good friend to visit this wonderful bar, and I was not disappointed! The staff are incredibly friendly, the cocktails are fantastic (I highly recommend the Painkiller), and the food is just as good. I loved the mix of naval history with British and Caribbean influences — it really gives the place character. A must-visit if you’re in Old Town, Tortola!

We enjoyed the famous painkillers, “level 3” with some fries for a snack. The hot sauce is hot! Service was good, prices are average for a tourist spot, and location was easy to get to from the ship.

We were on a Cruise ship to the BVI for the first time and I was told by Lebert Vanterpool that We have to try the drink Painkiller. He pulled some strings and told Us to go to Pusser’s. The Drink was good, We both had two. We are dinner as well, Jerk Chicken and Fish and chips. The food came out nice and hot. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There’s even a gift shop inside. The Bartender was nice enough to take a picture with Us.

Just what you need coming to a Caribbean island! Chill vibes, great food and great music. Very much a traditional pub/bar. Lots of seating, loads of fans to keep you nice and cool and a relaxed bar team! Shall definitely be coming back for their burger!

Food and drink here is pretty good (although, a bit pricey)… but the service SUCKS! Staff just ignored us to the point that we had to go to the bar just to get menus. Had to ask for our food order 3 times because our server went AWOL and none of the other staff were willing to help. After our meal, they just slapped down the bill. Didn’t ask us if we wanted more drinks or desert or anything.

Really wanted to enjoy this place, but left really disappointed.

One of the original Pussers store and restaurant. Not in the built for cruise ship part of town. Always good food.
We had spicy conch fritters and a perfect burger.

The food was tasty. The chef was accommodating in creating a vegetarian roti for me which was not even an item on the menu. The food came out in quick time. Our server gave good service.

A great place to get a snack when you are wandering around town during your cruise ship stay.

The traditional pub fare is here and well presented. The staff is friendly and efficient.

the store has t-shirts and cruise wear of very high quality. The stripped shirts were quite nice, and reasonably priced.

I certainly would return.

Painkiller is tops. Pussers Rum is unique and a must try. But the shop in the back is really terrific! Lots unique branded clothing for men and women…. Attractive and well priced. A great souvenir of BVI

We stopped in at an iconic Pusser’s after a short tour of the island. We were seated immediately. After a short scan we decided on the tourist favorites… Conch chowder, conch fritters, Painkiller #2 (low alcohol), jerk chicken wrap and chicken wings. Add to that a strawberry smoothie and bottled water.

The chowder was well prepared and tasted delicious. The fritters were good with the supplied jelly style dip. They were piping hot. I like them, but have eaten better (fresh cooked in a parking lot in the Bahamas by a very kind lady). The jerk chicken wrap was also quite good. My daughter did not care for the flavor, I thought it great. The chicken wings, described as buffalo turned out to be a spicy hot, not buffalo, but served hot. They also were good. My son has two of the strawberry smoothie’s. Must have been good!
The Painkiller was also good, I am glad we chose #2.

All in all a pleasent experience at tourist prices, $113 plus tip.
