Today was our first visit to the cat café and to say top tier feels like an understatement with how much love they have put into their business and support of all the cats. I loved talking with the women who was in the kitty land (I believe the owners mother) she was amazing and so friendly. Overall would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to support a small local business.

Fantastic coffes, teas and a whole bunch of other tasty treats. Also gluten free pastry options.
The Golden Milk latte is homemade and delicious, my absolute favorite.
There are Resident cats who live here full time and also adoptable cats. They’re all well cared for, monitored 24/7. The cat room is always clean and a very calm environment.
Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Amazing place to sit for some coffee or breakfast!! Staff was incredibly kind and offered a free macaroon for me to taste test, and wow it was delicious! They support local businesses as well These kitties are clearly taken very well care of. Louie was my favorite though, he immediately came to the door to greet us with some love! If you haven’t been, please give it a try!! I 10000000% recommend

I can’t say enough great things about Purrmount! This town was very in need of something new, especially a great place to get coffee. That cat room alone is awesome! It’s always very clean, the cats are all super loving and playful. That alone is a great reason to go check it out, but the cafe side… it’s so good!! I personally love lattes, and they do them purrfect every single time. They never miss! They also always are loaded with delicious baked goods, I highly recommend their breakfast burritos (my favorite is chorizo)
All in all this is a great place to check out. The family that owns this are always so welcoming and friendly! Thank god they opened in Springfield! 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful time visiting the new (2025) cat café in town, even though it was not exactly what we were expecting. This is not like what you see on TV where folks sit around sipping coffee, or working on their laptops, and an occasional cat will wander by for some pats. This is more like a rescued cat haven where patrons can pay for a 30-35 minute pass to visit the cats in the cat room after enjoying a coffee and food in the café room – yes, they keep the food side separate from the cat side and we like that! They did give us our coffees in to-go cups so we could enjoy them with the kitties. At $8 per person to visit the cats, though, it will not be accessible to everyone. However, it is necessary to charge to be able to fund the care of these precious rescued cats and kittens and so we saw it as more of supporting a good cause. The café offers special deals, punch cards, and discounts for regulars and donors. Plus, if you spend $25 you get a free pass! We were a party of 3 who ordered 3 special drinks and 2 bakery items and we ended up getting 2 free passes, so it was fairly affordable to visit the cats… and the cats are so cute and friendly that it was seriously worth every penny! Awww! We loved them all! IF YOU ARE NOT A CAT PERSON (really? I think you should give them another chance!) YOU CAN STILL ENJOY THIS CAFÉ – Just stay on the café side where there are some little tables. It is very cute, clean and festive. Lots of food options from snacks to meals! So many great drinks, coffees, lattes, teas, boba, etc. My maple latte was amazing!! Oh, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

I am beyond words for this place. I love the staff and atmosphere! The food is amazing! And the maple kori is to die for!! Prices are reasonable and again the staff is phenomenal. They make everyone feel welcome. I love that they have coffee slips available for people who can’t afford one, bought by other guests, called “pending coffees.” They are an amazing example of kindness and warmth for our community ❤️

I love this Cat Cafe, but it’s not just because I love cats (which I do), or because the owners are great people (which they are); I love it because the coffee and catpuccinos and other drinks are truly fabulous (with amazing non-dairy options), they try to keep gluten free options in stock, the atmosphere in the cafe side is charming, and they generally play cosy Parisian-style music that just makes me so mellow and happy that if I had the money I’d stay all day and drink catpuccinos and read books!

Amazing place to visit! My girlfriend and I decided to take a Valentine’s Day adventure with this place as our destination. We drove all the way from Saratoga Springs, NY. The cats were so cute and I was especially impressed with Louie. The drinks were delicious and the pastry items look scrumptious (even though we didn’t get any).

I drove 45 minutes to check this Cafe for everyone reading my honest reviews. I was not disappointed in the least.
If you’re looking for a calm, relaxing & enjoyable place to have a beverage, snack or cuddle with a kitty, this place is amazing. The prices are reasonable. The apple fritters are some of the best I’ve had in my lifetime.
The service was great as well. I often experience anxiety when visiting new places, yet not this time. The employees were friendly, knowlefable and helpful.
WORTH. THE. TRIP.
