Wanted to rate them a 5 but I couldn’t. The food was delicious and the buss man was amazing and would be right on time for refills. My one complaint is with a few of the staff. It could have been the morning or the fact that literally the day before it wanted to be 66 degrees it snowed, either way some of the staff were a little disconnected. They did their job but the social part was lacking a bit. Their tone was a bit dry and “let’s get this over with” sounding. There was a lady that was extremely sweet that wasn’t even our waiter that seemed more intuned with us. I’m not going to say the service was bad. I am just going to say today was just not some of their day (we all have them sometimes, no harm done).

The food here is very subpar. I ordered a simple nacho and it was disgusting, absolutely horrid. Instead of the normal melted cheese you will be given shredded cheese that was melted onto the chips causing the chips to become soggy and the cheese to be hard and basically not even edible. The restaurant doesn’t care about serving their customers mediocre food, after calling to see if an exchange is able to be made the waitress flat out said it’s nothing she can do. Not only do they waste your time they also waste your money I see why this place doesn’t get that much business. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAYYYY!!!! I also believe this is race driven so PEOPLE OF COLOR do not spend money here.

I ordered a patty melt, and as I started eating it, there was a blonde hair in it. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man and told him there was a hair in my food (I regret not getting his name), and he said “ok thank you.” I called back a second time and asked to speak with a manager. When he got on the phone, I asked for his name, and he said, “Manager.” I asked, “What is your name?” he finally said, “Muhammed. ” Then he said, “What do you want?” I’m like, “Well, there was a hair in my food, and I want you to care about it, but I guess you don’t.” So I hung up and will never go there again. They didn’t apologize or seemed like they cared in the least. Poor service and poor hygiene.

They never ever follow directions when you place an order for pick up or on Uber Eats, or DoorDash. They never follow instructions, and they never give extra ranch when it’s paid for. This is the second time this month. I have ordered from them and they never give me the extra ranch that they charge damn near two dollars for. My food was also soggy, so save your money.

It’s been a long time since we’ve had food from this location. Called in a pickup order, and the service was friendly. The Buffalo chicken tenders are just as good as they always have been. Only hope they can keep up the good work and go back to the regular business hours as before.

Had dinner here this time…the obvious thing to first point out is the neon 80’s vibe you get from the inside decor. This is a diner and you should expect diner food.

I was hoping for something home style and comfort-like with gravy. The Steer did not disappoint.

The service is decent. You are greeted when you enter and the wait staff did a great job refilling drinks and checking on you.

I ordered the breaded veal cutlet with mashed potatoes and gravy. Plus lemon rice soup. (Most entrees come with soup and a basket of bread)

The lemon rice was good. I’ve had better at most Greek places. But it did the job. The bread wasn’t as warm as I’m used to. But it was okay.

The entree though – everything I was hoping for. Hot. Breaded. Tender. Piled high with gravy. The mashed potatoes were also decent. And I can’t say enough about that gravy!

I’ve been coming here since tge late 1990’s and the service has been good, same bus boy friendly and welcoming, the server’s are nice as well but the whole facility needs major updates specifically the restrooms, I only go there for their hot chicken fingers with ranch
