Best dessert in all of Vegas. We came back for the brioche donuts three days in a row! The perfect texture and sweetness (not too sweet ;)) Would come back to Vegas just for this!

Everything has been delicious. I haven’t tried everything but the Ube Basque cheesecake is my favorite, so far. Gal at the register is so helpful and nice, so ask away with any questions you may have. It’s a very small shop with a couple of tables inside and a couple outside.

The brioche donut was a bit dense but I do recommend the ube cheese bar for anyone who doesn’t like super sweet stuff (if you’re ok with Asian level of sweetness). A good contrast between cheddar cheese and ube. A friend told me the ube tres leches is way too sweet.

My Reviews
I went to this bakery specifically for their ube pastries, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to expectations. When I arrived right at opening, the selection was very limited, especially for a place that markets itself around ube. There wasn’t much variety available, which was disappointing given that they don’t open until 10 a.m.; it felt like there should have been more prepared by then.
I ordered the ube croissant donut holes expecting something soft and fluffy, but they were surprisingly crunchy. Personally, that texture really threw me off, and I don’t think something that crunchy should be labeled as donut holes. It wasn’t what I was hoping for at all.
I also tried another item (I can’t recall the exact name), and that one was actually good, so it wasn’t a total miss. That said, the overall experience still felt overpriced for what was available and the limited selection.
I really wanted to like this place, especially as an ube-focused bakery, but between the lack of variety and the price, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

Was eating at the famous Thai restaurant in the same shopping center and wanted dessert after. Stumbled into this little gem. Just from the name, i already knew this was going to be an UBE bakery.
We were the only ones there. One lady working. Greeted us. And asked if it was our first time. We replied with a very enthusiastic YES! Being in sales, I felt that she missed an opportunity to upset us on everything by not offering samples.
I ordered an ube donut. The lady said it was covered with polvoron crumbs. This donut was perfect! Not too sweet. I couldve eaten 2 in one sitting and I don’t eat donuts unless they’re fresh from the fryer!
Also ordered the ube cinnamon roll. I thought that it was dry and didn’t finish it and threw it away. Also ordered another but i don’t remember what it was but the person I gave it to, ate it all up.
Would I come back? Definitely! I need to try their other offerings. Maybe they’ll have little samples nextntime

Been on my list to try. You’d miss it if you weren’t looking for it. Around 330pm availability of food items weren’t much. We bought the most bought ube donut, chocolate donut and the burnt ube cheesecake.

Donut filling/topping ratio was inconsistent, too much bread not enough filling/topping hence the thickness of the donut. This was a no for me and won’t be getting their donuts again if/when I return.

Burnt ube cheesecake was delicious. Hubby enjoyed it. It was creamy, rich and smooth.

Removed 2 stars because the employee assisting me wasn’t very friendly and wasn’t a fan of the donuts. The 3 stars are for the prices, which was great. I also know my husband will ask me to stop by again to try other items so I’m sure I’ll rate it higher next time.

As someone from the Philippines and exposed to a diverse range of southern cuisine. This place is a true gem! I can easily tell that they make their ube authentic, old fashioned from scratch!
First time here: everything is fresh available and affordable.
I must say that in the states that many people does not have a real clue what authentic ube is supposed to taste like! Perhaps because ube the crop itself is hard to source out here. Many items on the market nowadays and westernized palate easily sell off themselves as “ube” however they are mostly artificial if not died purple and pumped with sugar. I usually stay away from “ube” in the states.
But if you grew up making ube “halaya” from a homegrown crop in your backyard in the Motherland you’d know the REAL DEAL. Again this place is a true gem!

1st, Camille was very lovely. I thank her for being so accomodating and patient. 2nd the milk bread is PHENOMENAL. If only I live near the bakery? I would come back right away.

I really enjoyed this Filipino inspired bakery. Lots of varieties and most impressive of them all – everything is made from scratch! ♡♡♡ Twists of authentic flavors like pandan and use, calamansi just to name a few. If you want a change from the mundane sweetness of a dessert shop – go explore.

I asked for their best seller and got the Ube, Leche Flan, Calamansi, and Salted Yema Polvoron Donuts.

The Ube Donut doesn’t even have a hint of Ube in it. The filling is very purple in color, but I couldn’t taste the ube. The filling is too sweet and I couldn’t finish it all. I ate the donut, but not all the filling.

I also got the Calamansi Cheesecake. I can really taste the calamansi in the cheesecake, which is so good.

I also got Ube custard pie and two classic Ube Ensaymada. I have eaten all these pastries. I will update this review when I taste them all.

They have drinks as well, and I got an iced Salted Caramel Latte. This drink didn’t have any hint of caramel or salt. The coffee tasted bitter and tasted like regular latte.

The staff were very nice, which is why this bakery is getting a 4 star.
