It’s a good not great place to gamble. Purple Parrots locations can vary on how you feel being there. This location makes you feel comfortable as others like the EP location it feels like you might get mugged coming out of it. Here not so. Bright, places to sit it your not gambling. A clean restroom. I know the house is always supposed to win, but since the house is the state of Oregon, which is to say the house is MY house, it doesn’t have to win by such large margins. Also, it seems that the private businesses who run the lottery are talking too big a margin which is neither going to improve the quality of experience for the gamers nor to the paychecks of the employees who operate those establishments.
