I’ve never eaten here, but the place, people, and vibe are great! It opens a little earlier later in the week. Therrle is a nice little deck out back too, if you smoke…or just prefer to drink outside! It gets a tad hot when the sun’s out though… wouldn’t hate some shade. Just sayin’

Went here for 30 cent wings and found out only the first 10 per person were 30 cents each, and after that they were full price. Decided to leave and eat somewhere else. I would not have been bothered by this if I had known before trying to order, but all it said on the menu and sign was 30 cent wings. Felt deceptive. Waitress was nice, can’t comment on the food because I didn’t eat anything.

This is a fun place to go. Usually on Saturday nights they play great music for dancing. It usually gets busy after 10:00, then very busy around midnight because it is open later than all the other bars in Morgantown. The bartender’s here are great (except the one male bartender seems a little grumpy). I will definitely go back.

Stopped by the Purple Cow on a Friday night. Friends of ours said to stop by.
They still have 10 cent wings on Friday night.
We ordered wings (how can you pass up $1.00 for ten wings?)
I was thinking the wings would be tiny but the were actually fairly big.
Wings were good. Beer was cold and the place was busy (Mountaineers homecoming the next day)
Overall it was a good experience.
It is your typical dive type bar. But well worth the stop.

The price was very reasonable the atmosphere was very good and the people enjoyed my company And the bartenders Were grea And I always had had them laughing. I Would highly recommend this place To anyone in the area that would like to go and have a good time and great food.

Nice bar with great attitude and service. Good bar food with homemade subs and other goodies that take it to the next level. Always have the current games on and just ask if you don’t see your favorite team. If you are visiting from out of town they make you feel welcome and your supporting local!

We pulled in on a Sunday evening around 20:00 with mist places not serving food . We walked into the Purple Cow and was greeted by a friendly bartender. My husband ordered a steak wrap and I an antipasto salad. My husband’s wrap was off the chain and my salad was large enough to last for 2 other meals. Great place, great prices, great service.
