From the moment we walked in I was blown away. The servers were so nice and helpful and the decor is amazing we sat next to the brickwall waterfall. A wall of tequila with a ladder wow. The drinks were amazing I got a spicy margarita and my friend got the Cadillac margarita. The big win is they use agave syrup!!! Can’t wait to go back and try the food and a different tequila drink.

A meal that will not be forgotten. Somewhere between the warm beer and inconsistency of the dishes had us understanding why our group were the only people in the restaurant. Our low expectations after the beverage service were some how not met. One person had the chicken fried rice. It was missing a key ingredient, chicken. Another person in our party wanted a salad with lemon and olive oil. Unfortunately the only comparable dressing on offer was ranch. The chef offered a sampling of meat, which was nice and possibly the best bite of the night However, it was presented as steak. Only after it was consumed we were informed it was lamb that had been removed from the menu. Suffice to say I cannot recommend dining here.

We met here with friends for drinks and dinner. Our waitress did not tell us they were having a private party coming in. We only figured it out when the staff started rearranging the tables and getting set up. One of the staff was moving a table right behind us and nearly slammed the table into my back. When I asked if they were having a private party, our waitress said they were and that we had 30 more minutes and then we would need to leave. This was while we were in the middle of eating our meal and put the bill on the table. We felt very rushed and shocked they would put the bill on the table prior to us finishing up our meal.It We felt very uncomfortable, and got up and left. I mentioned it to our waitress they should have mentioned it to us prior to us ordering our food they had a large party coming in and she did not care. We hope they take this opportunity to learn from this experience that this was not a good way to treat customers.

More staff than customers and still had to wait along time for drinks. Fourth time there and wait time for drinks was excessive last two times. Menu was underwealing compared purgatory next store. Absolutely beautiful facility and has potential to be great. Not there yet. Not sure they will get another opportunity to win me as a customer. Too bad, because I love the vibe and love purgatory next store. Old fashioned was high priced and only half full. With that much staff, drinks shouldn’t have taken 15 minutes and they were not busy.

This place will not disappoint! I was in town for a conference and stopped in for dinner. I sat at the bar for a drink and some tacos. The bartender is an artist, making a margarita that had both a sweet and spicy taste that went perfect with the tacos. Highly recommend this place!

Horrible service I ordered one order of 3 tacos and bbq fries they gave the wrong customer my food after 30 min of waiting. The main floor was completely empty. Then they gave my food away and I had to wait an additional 20 min. And only offered water once. Then I asked for hospitality discount and the manager who was also took my order proceed to tell me that the kitchen made it right by making my food again because he wanted to leave sour cream on my food because that’s what the other ppl order. He told me he basically could care less I got my food so.

Purgatory Agave has some of the best atmosphere in Spokane. The food is great especially the Carne Asada Tacos and Brisket Quesadilla. The servering staff is great shout out to Corey and Kaela they always take great care.
