Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark for us.
After we ordered at the counter and sat down to wait for our food, the person who took our order told the patron who ordered after us not to choose the chicken Pad Thai. He commented that “Pad Thai was developed for Americans and isn’t very good.” This was an unusual and uncomfortable interaction to witness, especially after we had already placed that same order.
Additionally, my spouse has a very severe sensitivity to fragrances. A strong cleaning chemical—commonly used in restrooms—was being used throughout the restaurant, which made the environment difficult for her.
Lastly, the food itself was underwhelming and did not meet our expectations.
Unfortunately, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

Good place for some excellent quality Thai food. I loved the quantity and it was tasty. First time here and coming back again for sure as I am regular Thai food personnel.
Staff is friendly and accommodating so I felt welcoming. As it was my first time, I went ahead with something (Druken Noodles) that I always use to determine the quality of the place and it was great.

The Best Thai I’ve Had in Years! A True Hidden Gem!
As an incredibly particular Thai food enthusiast–with a high bar for flavor–I can genuinely say I’ve only come across a handful of 5-star Thai places in my life. This place is joining that exclusive list!
I am so glad we stopped by, a little hole in the wall and the food blew us away.
I generally avoid ordering certain dishes, like Pad Thai, because so many places fail to impress. I played it safe and ordered the spicy wings, but when my son’s Pad See Ew came out, I tried it and so yummy! I knew this place was different. Holy moly, the flavor was absolutely delicious and perfectly on point.
My Spicy Chicken Wings was also amazing, but the real star for me was the spice level. I ordered a level 5 (or “extra spicy”)–something I always do, and often have to supplement with extra chili/sauce because restaurants don’t deliver on the heat. Not here! The spice was perfectly balanced, hot, and full of flavor.
The owner (who is also the chef!) even came out of the kitchen to check on the “crazy” person who ordered it extra spicy. She was so kind and proud, and I told her it was absolutely delicious and that she got the spice right!
I mentioned how picky I am with Pad Thai and how I was hesitant to order it. She admitted she’s picky too, but said she takes pride in making hers and felt it was very good (without wanting to brag!). That’s all the assurance I needed! I’m already planning to come back tomorrow for lunch just to try her Pad Thai.
The food is authentic, the service is personal, and how often does the owner/chef come out to check on you? This will be my new go-to Thai place every time I visit family in Arizona! Don’t let the star rating fool you–this is a true 5-star experience!

My husband and I came out of our way to try the food, and we were not disappointed! We ordered Spicy Tom Yum and Pineapple Fried Rice, as well as a Thai Tea. Everything was fresh and delicious! Bryce was our server and he was so positive and friendly, it made lunch feel very relaxing. We will definitely return when we’re next in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! My husband and I frequent here for Thai food. Recently we decided to take My dad here for his birthday. Everyone here went above and beyond to give my family a wonderful experience! The food is excellent and so is the service. If you’re looking for your new Thai place, this is it! We ordered a variety of dishes and all were cooked to perfection. Even a picky eater will find something they love here!! So incredibly impressed ❤️ Thank you Pure Thai Kitchen!! Went here with 8 people. We had the salad rolls and split 7 dishes. We ordered level 2 and got the spice rack for the braver folks in the group. Everyone was happy. Food was delicious! My favorite was the eggplant dish. Every plate was empty when we were finished. We shared a Mango sticky rice dessert too – yum!
The staff was attentive and friendly! The owner came out for a chat when things slowed down! Great atmosphere.

I’ve eaten Thai food over there and all over the world. This is by far the best Thai I have found in Cave Creek or Carefree. Prices are fair and portions are large. Everything is beautifully prepared and spiced to your exact preferred level. Service is great and selection is good. Warning: if you think you like it really spicy, start with level three.
