Social Profile:

PURE Thai Cookhouse is a genuine Thai shophouse-style restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen that features homemade noodles from a prized family recipe. PURE specializes in signature dishes you would find from the many vendors and shophouses from the farmlands of Phayao, in the North to the floating markets of Ratchaburi in Central Thailand, to the oceans and fishing villages of Krabi in the South. David and Vanida Bank (Land Thai Kitchen) invite you to take a culinary journey at PURE and discover unadulterated Thai cooking.

Homemade noodles star at this Thai eatery, which also dishes out stir-fries & sticky rice.

I love this place! Great atmosphere and decorations, reminded me of back home in Asia (Vietnam and Thailand). Foods are amazingly delicious. Very carefully made and tasty. Sugarcane ice-cream is a perfect way to ending the meal. Staffs are friendly and great service. I’m highly recommend Pure Thai Cookhouse.

Great food, but a little pricey for what you get in terms of ambiance and portions. The place can get crowded, but service is quick. I got the pork and crab egg noodles (tangy, chewy, delicious) and the Thai iced tea

Love authentic thai noodle soup in different style but not included with the noodle part. (it’s very difficult to find in the US) I went there 2 times for my NY trip and buy 1 to go home. All staff are great as well. I had “Ten” taking a good care of. He is very in details of everything even to go order. Another thing i like is decoration in the restaurant that make me feel like thailand 😉 This place is best noodle soup so far.

Beloved and authentic Thai spot delivering the absolute best duck noodle soup – get it with the house made egg noodles. I have been making sure I come here for the duck noodle soup every visit for many many years. They also caringly and happily shipped my things back to me in San Francisco when I left them there one visit. Above and beyond.

Delicious food! Authentic and sooo much flavour. Would recommend making a reservation as it gets quite busy especially before shows.

A small cozy place that serves nice ThaiFood. Was hoping for a nice Tom Yum soup but they don’t sell. Probably the locals can’t take too spicy food. I can feel the food has already localised with most of the items being sweet, rather than traditional spicy. While the chicken wings are not the traditional Thai style, I must say it taste real good. If I make reference to authentic Thai food, I will give it a 3.5 star. If I based on localised taste, I give it a 4.5 star. Well… will certainly be back again.

Pad thai was a little too sweet. Fried rice was good. Staffs were friendly but food was served a little slow.

The food tastes great here and it is popular for good reason. We ordered the softshell crab salad and the papaya salad. The papaya salad was much more spicy. Then we got two noodle dishes: Pad Thai with shrimp and drunken noodles with chicken. Both tasted delicious.
