It was quick and easy. The item was placed in a fridge so it kept its consistency and taste. Clean inside and it opens into the mall. I used the app and picked up in store, didn’t want my kids running around while I wait. The location has seats. The ladies are kind! My kid spilled some water while I was picking up, and the cashier was very helpful.

1st and last time coming here.
Ive been going to a juice place on the avenue. And i saw this was closer. So I tried here today.
For a place thats called “pure raw juice” theres not really any juice lol. They should change their name to like smoothie hut jr.
The juice isnt fresh made. And theres little options. The juice i got was “best by” today.
The lid isnt sealed. Just screwed on.
The juice wasnt that good.
The employee wasnt that great.
I came for an experience similar to what I get in white marsh.
Made to order juice of my choosing.
Not a jar of weeks old juice with an unsealed, screw on lid.
IDK why they have a juice name. They make smoothies. Not juice.

This establishment consistently impresses me with its cleanliness, positive atmosphere, and excellent customer service. The acai bowls, particularly the traditional one with added almond butter, are my favorite. They offer a delightful selection of smoothies, dried fruits, carton water, and various juices. The location within the mall is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The Bel Air location in the Harford Mall is by far the best location of Pure Raw juice. The customer service is always exceptional. The morning staff that I am usually greeted by, Brianna, Madison, and Taylor are super friendly, and even remember their regulars orders. The store is always spotless, and they are even great with my kiddos. I look forward to coming in the morning as I always leave with a smile on my face. I haven’t met much of the other staff, but I am sure they are amazing as well. Every product I have tried has been super tasty and always made with perfection!

I ordered mango and pinapple tropical smoothie. But orange juice was added and it was so much bitter i could not drink a sip. First time I tasted orange juice with so much bitterness. When I asked the answer was like we don’t care it’s your fault. Stay away from this place. Many places i have seen if you don’t like it they will replace it with good one. That is customer service. Here no one care about customer service. I would not visit this place again.

My go to smoothie place whenever I’m back in the area. I love the variety of options here although I usually opt for the Nitro Coffee smoothie. If you’re around and looking for a good smoothie or Acai Bowl definitely check this place out.

Ordered a blue dream bowl, very watery. No need for a spoon.
Also ordered beet me up smoothie, bland taste, lacked dates. When I asked staff to re-blend and add dates I was told they can’t do that. Manager proceeded to give me a cup of dates to thrown in my smoothie. What good is that if they’re not blended.

Customer service is shoddy in person and delivery consistently 1hr or more they their website. Otherwise, the quality of their products are good. All being said, it’s very frustrating to lack good customer service at times (dinner where they are more friendly to the person in front of you and behind you ) and to have delivery service thru uber eats that takes so long.
