Came here for the first time today on my lunch. The Food and service was divine. Everyone on the staff is so kind, attentive and efficient. The food was so delicious. I can’t wait to come back again! I had the pho and will be coming back to try other menu options. It was also awesome seeing real vegetarian options and not just a small section. I had a fully vegan pho for the first time and it was just bursting with flavor. I am an avid foodie and I would strongly suggest ignoring the bad reviews for this restaurant. I would never give a high praise that wasn’t will deserved.I really can’t express what a great experience I had this afternoon. Everyone deserves all the tips and raises!
By the way you can delete a review and just add a new one so the bad review from a few weeks ago is from someone drinking haterade or is actually a competitor.
I don’t really eat meat anymore but I really recommend brisket for pho if you are wanting meat. Knowing how to pair flavors will also enhance your experience.
This place is also immaculate. So I really would come and make your own opinion because you’re really missing out if you don’t. As for to go orders, food is never as good to go as it is in house. Anyone who eats in restaurants know that food from any restaurant is going to taste a little different or be a different temp when it arrives after being transported. If that is the problem you are having i really recommend to just drive on up and eat here in person. It’s worth it.
Also …I wouldn’t take food advice from people who do not eat out enough to have more than a few reviews. It shows that they don’t eat at enough places to provide a proper comparison.

This place is lovely. We ordered Chicken Pho and Spicy beef noodle (Bún bò Huế) and they were both great. Eating here feels like being back in my home country, definitely highly recommend!

Left my eye appointment today thought I would try this place . Visit 11/16/25 before 3pm my tick # was 35 I think . Paid extra for oxtails pho because that sounded so good, first time going here and was excited! Oxtails was so hard and tuff couldn’t even pull it off the bone with teeth! My gums literally hurt trying to eat it. Side items for toppings was also in plastic bags after employees touched them they place them right on top of my meat. The broth top wasn’t on all the way so when I got home it had leaked all in bag . Want go back. The worst $22 I’ve spent !

Great place. Good selection of food. Very tasty pho bowl. Egg rolls with shrimp were very good and served hot. Shaking beef had great flavor and lots of sauteed veggies. Want to come back soon.

We have difficulty finding a variety of different types of food that we enjoy while eating out in Forsyth County. Pure Pho and Grill is one of our go-to’s for Vietnamese. Their pho is pretty decent. Sautéed pho and shaking beef are delicious! And so is their banh mi!

The secret to the best tasting Pho is it’s broth. The broth at Pure Pho gets a 4-star rating, but their choices of broth, meats, and veggies deserves a 5-star rating.
As you can see in my attached photos, there menu allows you to customize your Pho to your preference, where most restaurants won’t give you such options.
The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere.

When you walk into this restaurant while the atmosphere is very nice the food and service are lacking. The glass of water I received tasted like it was out of a garden hose and the two gentlemen working were short and inattentive. The pho broth was bland which is disappointing having to fill it up with sauces.
And the worst part is that I’ve never in my life left a small tip before, but after sitting waiting and having them look me over and standing behind the counter or checking other customers around me while waiting for my bill, I did in fact leave a small tip in which they felt it was OKAY to add onto. So now I’m being charged extra money on my card that I did NOT AUTHORIZE. So if you decide to eat here I’d WATCH YOUR CARD STATEMENTS!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating. Our waitress was very nice and welcoming. The food was so full of flavor and fresh! Recommended the stir fried egg noodles absolutely delicious!
