I went in 30min before closing time and they said that the were not making coffee at that time since it was close to closing time. This is unacceptable, is a café place I expect to be able to buy coffee until 4:55pm at least if your closing time is 5pm.
I did enjoy a cookie since I was already there. The place is in general nice, the kids area seems to need a good cleaning and toys update.
The celling is stunning, also loved the merch.

I’m a mom of twins – they just turned 3 a couple months ago. I wish I knew about this place a year ago and maybe I wouldn’t have gone so long without meeting a friend out for coffee. The play area kept them busy for the entire hour and 10 minutes that we were there. They let us stay right up until close. The coffee was good – I got one of their special flights. “Feeling Frosty” was the most delicious, dessert-like coffees I’ve ever tasted. The girls behind the counter were very sweet and quick to welcome us.

Nothing like your usual coffee shop. Unique. Friendly. Large. Nice lighting. Two large rooms, even! Nice big windows on the east facing entrance side.

Two male and or female restrooms, and one labeled as family with a special seat for children.

I hopped over after I had a doctor’s appointment as a congratulations to myself. I made sure to order ahead as this was a new place to me and didn’t want to risk not finding seating (good choice) as I had just drawn several vials of blood and just wanted to rest. Came in on time. Saw that my drink and food wasn’t ready. I waited another 5 minutes then got on the line to confirm they got my order. Once I got to the register, the employee had her back turned to me. So I said “excuse me” again and again and again. I started to get embaressed because despite how deafingly loud the room was, other costumers could hear me perfectly fine and were looking at the employee as well. She was talking to her co-worker and I felt she saw me but was choosing to ignore me. Another one of her co-workers walked into eyesight and immediately told the girl I was there. When she turned around, she acted like I was inconvinencing her. I just asked about my drink and she informed me I needed to wait before just turning away. I’ve worked years in costumer service and I’ve had bad days, so I let it go again despite that being hella rude. Then I asked the much nicer co-worker at the pick up station what was the estimate after waiting another 10 minutes. 30 minutes. I told her it had already been 15-20 minutes since I got here. There was nothing she could do which I understood but didn’t have to be happy about it. So, after 45 minutes I got my food and left without saying thank you. And the coffee was mid and my cinnamon bun was rock hard. Yay me!

First time here, and I can confidently say that I’ll be back! The venue is very spacious and inviting. There was a little bit of a line, but it moved along quickly, and the wait for my order wasn’t long either. I liked that it had an area for the kids to play (even though we didn’t utilize it this trip). It was a fairly busy day and someone quickly grabbed our table as we were packing up to leave but it was a Friday of a holiday weekend and spring break so I suspect that contributed to the busy foot traffic. I enjoyed the wrap that I got (the yellowstone) and the coffee (caramel macchiato). They had many food and drinks options that sounded good! I recommend checking this place out if you want coffee but want to support a smaller business over a chain coffee shop.

The latte flight was really good, but it does take a while to make, so I wouldn’t recommend it if they’re busy (don’t be a dick, yknow?). This seems like a good place to bring kids, based on the play area and storybook themes. It is expensive though.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I was pretty disappointed in the experience. The play area was great and so was the coffee! The food on the other hand felt like waste of money and time the employee seemed very overwhelmed and flustered so maybe she was new but the cafe wasn’t busy. I guess my ticket got thrown out so after 35 mins I got my food and it was very underwhelming. The sandwich felt like one of those microwaved eggs and stale bun. The egg bites were honestly terrible with some type of raw pie dough inside ? I suggest coming here for coffee and play!!! but skip the food it’s too pricey for the quality

On Sunday at 1:50 pm I arrived and brought a first-time guest. The place was packed and noisy – good for business I guess. But my guest and I couldn’t find two seats together and were in need of a very intimate conversation since her dad had passed away the night before.

The cafe does have an adjoining room with sofa chairs but a waitress said that she was cleaning the tables in there and that we couldn’t use the room. I stressed that we didn’t need a table, only use of the two sofa chairs off in a quiet corner. I shared my freind was a first time guest and her loss. She refused. I spoke to a manager who also refused us access, and she said, “We close at 3:00 pm, so no you can’t use the chairs.”

I personally will never set foot in that place again, nor will my friend or family members. It seems the staff was more concerned with getting out at 3:00 pm than they were providing a great and accomodating customer experience. Good luck with that. I realize you don’t need our business, but the staffers’ attitudes under the circumstances were appalling.

I feel like the quality has gone down a bit. Service is subpar – been here twice, ironically, in the past week and neither time was better than the other. First time, my food sat for over 20 mins, she buzzed the wrong number, and just handed it to me off the back counter. No longer hot. Bread was soggy. No apology just handed me cruddy food. Today, I asked for something other than chips and was met with a stare and the. A very bleak, “that’s all we have”. When I asked for water, she pointed and said “self-service is there”. The tiniest of plastic cups where I had to refill 4 times. Same with coffee. Why ask for tips when they do little to no work? We even clear our own plates. Atmosphere is always wonderful and lively! Kids having fun!

I visited three times this December, 2024, and was pleased each time with the quality of the food and specialty drinks. The menu options are plentiful and varied. The Kingkiller, Xena salad, Beastmaster, and Reginald wrap are delicious, and my husband said the cinnamon toast chai latte is the only chai latte he’s had in a restaurant that’s worth drinking. The place was packed at lunchtime two of the three times I went. Unfortunately, on one of these lunch visits, I waited 15-20 minutes for my latte, and it caused me to return late to a workshop I was attending nearby. There wasn’t a line when I ordered, and no indication was given that there would be a longer wait or I would not have placed the order. It’s also strange that the business website invites you to join their loyalty program, which we did, but on the second and third visit no one had any idea what loyalty program we were talking about even though on the third visit I showed the employee on my phone that we had joined.
