Birria Tamales! I know you can’t see them, but they’re there. Never had these before but it came with the consume sauce, two lemons, a bunch of extra birria on top with onion and cilantro and a ton of cheese. Very filling meal, there were only two tamales but because of all the extra stuff on top it was more than enough for one person. I ended up smothering it with the sauce and also dipping pieces. Very tasty. Excited to try another otem from here.

It was $12 for the carne asada burrito. Large portions, good flavor. Service was good and fast. This food truck is along with a few other food trucks just off the side of the road near In-N-Out burger.

My papa loca, relleña con adobado plus avocado was delish. You choose your protein. It was hot when I received it. Had a good fight with the melted cheese. I won. It looked so good, I forgot to take the picture before diving into it. Lol.

Wasn’t sure what I was craving and saw that there were food trucks. My friend, girlfriend, and I decided to look at all of them and we chose Puras Papas, after seeing their Tuesday deals.
Extremely affordable. If you look at the photos my girlfriend got the Loaded Potato for $11 and I got 3 quesabirria & consume for $11 too! My friend got 5 tacos for $10(not in photo).
We also got the aqua frescas. My friend and I got horchata and it was amazing, it’s a bit sweet just so you know, but it was light and so refreshing. My girlfriend got the mango-pineapple, and she said, “damn this slays.”
I recommended anyone to go here and support their truck!

puras papas delicious food truck stop, I preferred these birria tacos and consome over the other red truck ,in my opinion , Torta was full of meat and was very filling , the 2

It’s a food truck with great food! The lady who took our order was very friendly and answered all of our questions.
We ordered quesabirria and tacos al pastor. Food was delicious!!! Definitely recommend the quesabirria and the red salsa for that extra spicy kick!

This place has one specialty and one only, their PAPAS of course! Best papas I’ve ever had. When I went I got tacos de papa and they were amazing. Staff was very friendly. Victoria helped me with recommendation. Don’t forget to try their salsa 10/10. I definitely recommend this place.
