I visited Purani Dilli Kitchen & Bar by Sirka today and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was incredibly delicious—flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection and truly reminded me of the rich taste of Delhi’s street kitchens with a modern twist.
What made the experience even better was the outstanding staff. They were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

We ordered Chole Kulcha, fritters, and tea, and everything was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavour. The chole was perfectly spiced, the kulcha was soft and fresh, and the fritters were crisp without being oily. Even the tea felt traditional and comforting.
The location in Surrey is convenient, and the overall experience was simple, honest, and satisfying. If you are looking for genuine Indian breakfast with authentic taste, this place is worth visiting.

We went for amazing breakfast today. the food , best I have ever had! Our server Dipanshu was absolutely wonderful very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Service: The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. What truly impressed me was how they served dishes one by one, ensuring each stayed warm and fresh — a rare and thoughtful touch that reminded me of true Delhi hospitality.
Food (aka the star of the show):
Galouti Kebabs: MELT. IN. YOUR. MOUTH. Absolutely divine — a must must must try.
Momos: Easily the most authentic Delhi-style momos I’ve had in Vancouver. The masala sprinkled on top? Exactly like the one you’d get from a street vendor in Delhi. Iconic attention to detail.
Mango Shake: With tutti-frutti and ice cream — classic Delhi vibes in a glass!
Fruit Cream: YES, they have it!! So nostalgic and rare to find here.
Rumali Roti: Soft, fresh, and hard to come by in this part of the world.
And let’s not forget the complimentary onions and chutney basket — just like how it’s done in the lanes of Purani Dilli.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! They have a beautiful hall suitable for 25–50 people, and even though we were just 25 guests, the ambience felt perfect—spacious, elegant, and very comfortable.
The management was excellent and handled everything smoothly. A special thanks to the server girl, who was extremely polite and attentive, and to the manager Vipan, who made sure everything was well managed and stress-free for us.
The music system was great and really set the mood, and the highlight was the big screen smart curtain that comes down and plays photos or YouTube videos—such a unique and impressive feature! Overall, we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for small gatherings and celebrations!

Great Service and Great food. The Pomfret was to die for. Haven’t had that good of a fish in Canada. It was 30-40 mins for the fish to come which we were made aware of when we placed the order but it was worth the wait. Also Tasla chicken was finger licking good too. Sakshi our server very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely go there again to try some different items.

First Their chicken is not halal. Tawa fish was a 5/10. Not something I would order again. Mutton biryani was good. Fried vege momos were okayish. Bhindi ki sabzi and chapati tasted awesome. They make fresh rotis. They dont have a kids menu so everything was too spicy for my kid. We did order paneer khulcha it was good and tasted fresh. Chai didn’t taste like it should, was too milky. We did order pina colada and pineapple mule. Pina colada needs a little improvement. Pineapple mule was up to the mark. Deserts were presented in a beautiful way. Loved the presentation and the taste of rabri gulab jaman. Faluda is worth a try. All in all I would give 7 out of 10 to this restaurant. There is a lot of margin for improvement in taste and if they start keeping halal chicken, it would attract more audience.
